本实用新型属于照明散热领域,尤其是关于LED灯的三明治式散热器热冗。
背景技术:
LED灯是近十年来迅猛发展起来的新光源,与传统的白织灯、汞灯、碘钨灯的发光原理不同,它是利用半导体pn结间的电子迁移发光,具有发光效率高、省电、体积小的优点。它由众多功率为1W的发光晶体集成封装在一起组成芯片以付应用,这就存在散热的问题。现有的LED灯的芯片大多通过5mm厚的铜板作热冗,将芯片产生的热量吸收后传至散热器。这种热冗由于铜板厚度大,传热慢,LED芯片与热冗封装后的热阻达80℃,易使LED产生色衰、老化甚至损坏。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种LED灯的三明治式散热器热冗,解决热冗传热慢的技术问题。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是:
LED灯三明治式散热热冗,包含LED晶体安装架和作为热冗的铜板,其特征在于:该铜板分为上层铜板和下层铜板,在该上层铜板和下层铜板间设置有各向异性石墨片;所述上层铜板、各向异性石墨片和下层铜板上贯通有若干锥形端连接孔;所述的LED晶体安装架位于上层铜板顶面,该安装架设置有位于上述连接孔内的接合爪。
本实用新型的有益效果是将原先作为热冗的整块厚铜板分为上、下两块薄铜板,再在上、下两块铜块增加一个各向异性石墨片,使LED芯片上的热量,迅速沿平面方向扩散下传致散热器,且热冗的各层之间不用粘结剂连接,所以减少了传热的阻力,一个50W的LED灯,使用本实用新型其热阻为58℃,远低于许可工作温度80℃,延长了使用寿命。

具体实施方式:
请参阅图1,本实用新型由上层铜板1、各向异性石墨片2、下层铜板3和LED晶体安装架4组成。其中上层铜板1、各向异性石墨片2和下层铜板3依次叠合,它们具有若干个上下贯通的锥端连接孔7。LED晶体安装架4位于上层铜板1顶面,其接合爪8伸入上述锥端连接孔7中,其上部为集成封装LED发光晶体的矩形框。
将上层铜板1、各向异性石墨片2、下层铜板3依次置入安装架注塑模具中注塑,就能轻易地将上层铜板1、各向异性石墨片2和下层铜片3紧密地组合成一体。
为达到快速传热及强度,上层铜板1和下层铜板2的厚度以1~3mm为宜。
