本实用新型涉及一种涡旋压缩机,尤其是涉及一种涡旋压缩机用喷射管结构。 
背景技术
目前现有的涡旋式压缩机包括设有螺旋形涡旋齿的静涡盘,与静涡盘相配合的设有螺旋形涡旋齿的动涡盘,在动涡盘与上支撑之间运动,分别与动、静涡盘配合并限制它们只能相对平动的十字环,通过动涡盘与静涡盘相互配合形成了容积可变的多个压缩腔,由电机带动曲轴驱动动涡旋沿其公转轨道公转,从而完成气体的吸入、压缩和排出。 
现有技术中,为了在一些特殊使用条件下将喷射制冷剂喷到压缩腔内,通常要在静涡盘上开设喷射通道,使得制冷剂通过静涡盘上开设的喷射通道进入压缩腔;同时为降低噪声,需要设计具有一定结构形状的罩杯,将此罩杯固定到静涡盘上。虽然在静涡盘上可以开设喷射通道,但由于受静涡盘尺寸及结构限制,通道设计很复杂,通道的开设不能达到最优,不利于加工。目前有的压缩机是将喷射管从上壳盖穿过高压腔插入到静涡盘,这样喷射的冷媒被高压高温气体加热,喷射效果大大减小。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种结构简单、可靠,加工成本低的涡旋压缩机用喷射管结构。 
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:一种涡旋压缩机用喷射管结构,包括壳体、静涡盘、动涡盘,其特征在于,所述的壳体上焊接一套管,该套管内设置喷射管,喷射管直接插入静涡盘中。 
所述的喷射管头部设有螺纹,喷射管通过该螺纹直接旋入静涡盘中。 
所述的螺纹上涂螺纹锁固腔。 
所述的喷射管与套管钎焊连接。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型针对低压腔型涡旋压缩机,提出一种新型喷射管结构,该喷射管直接穿过压缩机壳体,插入到静涡盘中,将一定压力和温度的液体或汽体冷媒向动静涡盘形成的压缩腔中进行喷射,以达到降低排温及改善性能的目的,结构简单、可靠,加工成本低。

实施例 
如图1~2所示,一种涡旋压缩机用喷射管结构,包括壳体1、静涡盘2、动涡盘,所述的壳体1上焊接一套管3,该套管3内设置喷射管4,所述的喷射管4头部设有螺纹41,螺纹41上涂螺纹锁固胶,喷射管通过该螺纹直接旋入静涡盘中。 
所述的喷射管与套管钎焊连接。

1.一种涡旋压缩机用喷射管结构,包括壳体、静涡盘、动涡盘,其特征在于,所述的壳体上焊接一套管,该套管内设置喷射管,喷射管直接插入静涡盘中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涡旋压缩机用喷射管结构,其特征在于,所述的喷射管头部设有螺纹,喷射管通过该螺纹直接旋入静涡盘中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种涡旋压缩机用喷射管结构,其特征在于,所述的螺纹上涂螺纹锁固胶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种涡旋压缩机用喷射管结构,其特征在于,所述的喷射管与套管钎焊连接。
