本实用新型属于离合器领域,具体涉及一种组合式塑料离合器总泵。
背景技术
离合器总泵是连接在离合器脚踏板并通过油管与离合器助力器连接的部分。作用是采集踏板行程信息通过助力器的作用使离合器实现分离。驾车者踩下离合器踏板时,推杆推动总泵活塞使油压增高,通过软管进入分泵,迫使分泵拉杆推动分离叉,将分离轴承推向前;当驾车者松开离合器踏板时,液压解除,分离叉在回位弹簧作用下逐渐退回原位,离合器又处在接合状态。但是目前市面上的离合器总泵的重量都较重,制造成本高。

本实用新型针对上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种重量轻、成本低的组合式塑料离合器总泵。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种组合式塑料离合器总泵,其特征在于,包括缸体,以及设置在缸体内的回位弹簧、主皮碗、副皮碗、活塞和导向套,所述缸体为一体式塑料缸体;所述回位弹簧通过一弹簧座安装在活塞的末端,导向套套装在活塞的外部。
本实用新型的进一步设置在于,所述缸体的内部和外部均设置有加强筋。
本实用新型的进一步设置在于,所述缸体内设置有柱塞式密封结构,所述柱塞式密封结构将主皮碗和副皮碗固定在缸体和导向套上。
本实用新型的进一步设置在于,所述活塞与主皮碗和副皮碗的内唇配合密封。
本实用新型的进一步设置在于,所述活塞为一铝质活塞,所述导向套为一塑料导向套。

如图1所示,本实用新型提供了一种组合式塑料离合器总泵,包括缸体1,以及设置在缸体1内的回位弹簧2、主皮碗3、副皮碗4、活塞5和导向套6,所述缸体1为一体式塑料缸体;所述回位弹簧2通过一弹簧座7安装在活塞5的末端,导向套6套装在活塞5的外部。所述缸体1的内部和外部均设置有加强筋,可提高耐压强度。所述缸体内设置有柱塞式密封结构8(比如柱塞密封圈),所述柱塞式密封结构8将主皮碗3和副皮碗4固定在缸体1和导向套6上。所述活塞5与主皮碗3和副皮碗4的内唇配合密封。活塞5采用铝材质材料制成,其重量轻,圆柱形易加工成形,与活塞5配合的其他部件全部采用塑料质材,不易磨损,耐久性强。

1.一种组合式塑料离合器总泵,其特征在于,包括缸体,以及设置在缸体内的回位弹簧、主皮碗、副皮碗、活塞和导向套,所述缸体为一体式塑料缸体;所述回位弹簧通过一弹簧座安装在活塞的末端,导向套套装在活塞的外部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合式塑料离合器总泵,其特征在于,所述缸体的内部和外部均设置有加强筋。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合式塑料离合器总泵,其特征在于,所述缸体内设置有柱塞式密封结构,所述柱塞式密封结构将主皮碗和副皮碗固定在缸体和导向套上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组合式塑料离合器总泵,其特征在于,所述活塞与主皮碗和副皮碗的内唇配合密封。
5.根据权利要求1所述的组合式塑料离合器总泵,其特征在于,所述活塞为一铝质活塞,所述导向套为一塑料导向套。
