技术领域
本实用新型涉及车辆轮胎压力监测报警器，尤其是涉及一种车辆轮胎外置压力温度传感器。
背景技术
车辆轮胎压力温度监测报警器的作用是在车辆使用过程中对轮胎气压进行实时自动监测，并对轮胎漏气和低气压进行报警，以确保行车安全。
目前，轮胎压力监测系统主要分为两种类型：一种为间接式，这种系统是通过汽车ABS系统的轮速传感器来比较轮胎之间的转速差别，以达到监测胎压的目的；另一种是直接式，这种系统是利用安装在每一个轮胎里的压力传感器来直接测量轮胎的气压，利用无线发射器将压力信息从轮胎内部发送到中央接收器模块上的系统，然后对各轮胎气压数据进行显示。当轮胎气压太低或漏气时，系统会自动报警。
现有的车辆轮胎压力监测报警器，压力温度传感器分为内置式和外置式两种，内置式只能适用于真空轮胎，安装时必须将轮胎拆开才可以安装；外置式适用于真空轮胎和有内胎的轮胎，安装时不需要将轮胎拆开，可以直接在车轮上安装。现市面外置式压力温度传感器，直接将传感气固定在气门嘴上的气门嘴式，补加气时需要将传感气拆下，才能进行；轮胎经常需要进行补加气操作，难度非常大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供比没安装压力温度传感器的轮胎补加气操作更加方便的一种车辆轮胎外置压力温度传感器。
本实用新型设有外壳、压力温度传感器、补加气门嘴、气芯、旋紧盖、接收天线、电路板、连气孔、固定板、连气管、电池；所述气芯设于补加气门嘴的内端面口用于补加气，旋紧盖设于压力温度传感器一侧并将压力温度传感器的信号线引出与电路板上的处理电路连接；所述外壳固定在固定板上，固定板上设有固定孔；所述补加气门嘴和气芯设在外壳一端；接收天线、电路板、压力温度传感器、电池设在外壳内；连气孔通过连气管与轮胎内气体连通，接收天线与电路板上的处理电路输出端电连接，电池与电路板上的处理电路的电源输入端电连接。
本实用新型用带有加气气门嘴的压力温度传感器，使安装车辆轮胎压力监测报警器的车辆轮胎，对轮胎加气更加方便。本实用新型带补加气门嘴；补加气门嘴的位置，处于开阔的位置，当轮胎缺气需要补加气时，从补加气门嘴直接加气，减低了补加气操作难度。

具体实施方式
参见图1～3，本实用新型实施例设有外壳3、压力温度传感器8、补加气门嘴1、气芯2、旋紧盖4、接收天线5、电路板6、连气孔10、固定板11、连气管12、电池7；所述气芯2设于补加气门嘴1的内端面口用于补加气，旋紧盖4设于压力温度传感器8一侧并将压力温度传感器8的信号线引出与电路板6上的处理电路连接；所述外壳3固定在固定板11上，固定板11上设有固定孔111；所述补加气门嘴1和气芯2设在外壳3一端；接收天线5、电路板6、压力温度传感器8、电池7设在外壳3内；连气孔10通过连气管12与轮胎内气体连通，接收天线5与电路板6上的处理电路输出端电连接，电池7与电路板6上的处理电路的电源输入端电连接。在图1中，标记9为卡簧。
连气管12与轮胎内气体连通，补加气门嘴1通过气芯2补加气，压力温度传感器8检测连通气体的压力和温度，旋紧盖4将压力温度传感器8的信号线引出并密封腔体，电路板6处理信号，接收天线5将处理后的压力和温度信号用无线电方式发出，电池7提供电源，外壳3、固定板11一起对整个产品固定成一个整体。
以下给出本实用新型的安装方法。
1）单轮的安装：卡车和客车，前轮一般均为单轮，固定孔111套入轮轱固定螺丝柱上，轮轱螺帽锁紧时，压住固定板11，连气管12将轮轱气门嘴和连气管12联接，传感器内的气体与轮胎内气体连通，传感器检测气体的压力和温度，即为轮胎内的压力和温度；因为要保持轮胎的动平衡，需要在传感器的对面安装配重块B。
2）双轮的安装：卡车和客车，后轮一般均为双轮，内轮传感器连接内侧轮胎，外轮传感器连接外侧轮胎，对称安装，仍保持轮胎的动平衡，不需要配重块。
当需要补加气时，没装外置传感器的车辆轮胎，由于气门嘴的方向常对着狭小的空间，补加气操作难度大；安装现市面气门嘴式外置传感器，由于传感气固定在气门嘴上，补加气操作时，必需将传感器拆下，才能进行补加气操作，难度更大。

1.一种车辆轮胎外置压力温度传感器，其特征在于设有外壳、压力温度传感器、补加气门嘴、气芯、旋紧盖、接收天线、电路板、连气孔、固定板、连气管、电池；所述气芯设于补加气门嘴的内端面口用于补加气，旋紧盖设于压力温度传感器一侧并将压力温度传感器的信号线引出与电路板上的处理电路连接；所述外壳固定在固定板上，固定板上设有固定孔；所述补加气门嘴和气芯设在外壳一端；接收天线、电路板、压力温度传感器、电池设在外壳内；连气孔通过连气管与轮胎内气体连通，接收天线与电路板上的处理电路输出端电连接，电池与电路板上的处理电路的电源输入端电连接。
