Abstract

轮毂是车辆用于连接轮胎与轴的部件,复合式轮毂是一种制造成本接近于整体铸造轮毂的制造成本,而性能可以达到整体锻造轮毂性能的一种轮毂。现有技术生产的复合式轮毂的轮辐连接于轮辋的端部,限制了刹车碟的尺寸,使得刹车效果受到影响,降低了车辆行驶的安全性。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种复合式轮毂结构,可以解决现有复合式轮毂结构限制了刹车碟的尺寸,影响车辆刹车效果的问题。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:
复合式轮毂结构,包括轮辋和连接于轮辋内壁的轮辐,所述轮辐的辐射端连接于轮辋的撬胎槽。
本实用新型的进一步改进方案是,轮辐与轮辋采用搅拌摩擦焊接连接或熔焊连接。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的优点在于:
一、轮辐连接于撬胎槽,可以安装更大的刹车碟,使车辆获得更好的刹车效果,车轮的尺寸越小,这种刹车效果的提升越明显;
二、缩短了轮辐长度,减轻了轮毂的重量,同时提高了整体轮毂的强度。
