背景技术
    方向盘是车辆中用于控制方向的操作机构，方向盘成型后需要进一步加工，加工时需对方向盘进行定位，以确保加工质量。现有技术中方向盘定位装置结构简单，定位精度低，无法适应生产的要求。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种方向盘侧定位工装，以解决现有技术方向盘定位装置无法满足生产要求的问题。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案为：
一种方向盘侧定位工装，包括有底盘，其特征在于：底盘中间设置有圆形槽，圆形槽槽底中心连接有竖向的定位柱，圆形槽四周槽壁上分别设置有定位内螺纹通孔，每个定位内螺纹通孔中分别螺入有螺栓，所述螺栓一端伸入圆形槽中，螺栓另一端从底盘侧壁伸出，且螺栓伸出部上螺合有锁紧螺母。
所述的一种方向盘侧定位工装，其特征在于：所述定位内螺纹通孔沿圆周等间隔均匀分布在圆形槽四周槽壁上。
本实用新型安装和使用方便，通过侧向的螺栓实现侧向定位，具有较高的定位精度，提高了方向盘装配质量。

如图1所示。一种方向盘侧定位工装，包括有底盘1，底盘1中间设置有圆形槽2，圆形槽2槽底中心连接有竖向的定位柱3，圆形槽2四周槽壁上分别设置有定位内螺纹通孔，每个定位内螺纹通孔中分别螺入有螺栓4，螺栓4一端伸入圆形槽2中，螺栓4另一端从底盘1侧壁伸出，且螺栓4伸出部上螺合有锁紧螺母5。定位内螺纹通孔沿圆周等间隔均匀分布在圆形槽2四周槽壁上。

1.一种方向盘侧定位工装，包括有底盘，其特征在于：底盘中间设置有圆形槽，圆形槽槽底中心连接有竖向的定位柱，圆形槽四周槽壁上分别设置有定位内螺纹通孔，每个定位内螺纹通孔中分别螺入有螺栓，所述螺栓一端伸入圆形槽中，螺栓另一端从底盘侧壁伸出，且螺栓伸出部上螺合有锁紧螺母。
