本实用新型属于高容量双电层电容器设计制造领域,涉及一种扣式双电层电容器的绝缘性胶圈。
背景技术
扣式双电层电容器一般拥有高能量密度,比锂二次电池充放电频率优秀,以其所拥有的友好的特征而被作为手提机器中的备份电源使用。
常规方法制造的扣式双电层电容器如图5所示。其结构与制造方法具体来说为:在上盖部和下盖部中间使用被导电性粘结剂附着的分极性电极,经过高温干燥再充分的注入分解液,夹入隔膜纸后,在上盖部和下盖部之间夹入用于隔离及密封的中间胶圈。 
目前,扣式双电层电容器中的绝缘性胶圈采用高性能工程塑胶制造,其耐热性能突出。但是,高性能工程塑胶的流动性不好,容易在模具内急速硬化,导致在形成圆形之前断掉或发生尾端部分的密度变弱的现象,时有胶圈在模具中抽不出来的现象,强行抽出容易变型,增大了双电层电容器发生漏液的可能性。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就在于克服上述现有技术的缺陷,提供一种保证胶圈所有部分密度均匀,强度一致,不易发生断裂,不易发生变形的扣式双电层电容器的绝缘性胶圈。
为实现上述实用新型目的所采取的技术方案为:
以工程塑料为材料,采用模具浇铸法制造,在绝缘性胶圈上平面留有2-8个浇注口凸起;
浇注口凸起均匀分布在绝缘性胶圈上。
本实用新型通过在浇注模具设置2-8个浇注口,同时浇注,塑料硬化时间基本一致,从而可以保证胶圈整体密度一致,硬度一致,降低了产品断裂的几率,留有浇注口,在胶圈上表面产生凸起,这些突起很方便的将模具与产品分离,避免了产品变形,也提高了产品的产率。

具体实施方式
以工程塑料为材料,采用模具浇铸制造,在绝缘性胶圈(13)上平面留有8个浇注口凸起(9);浇注口凸起(9)均匀分布在绝缘性胶圈(13)上平面。

1.一种扣式双电层电容器的绝缘性胶圈,以工程塑料为材料,采用模具浇铸法制造,其特征是:在绝缘性胶圈(13)上平面留有2-8个浇注口凸起(9)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的扣式双电层电容器的绝缘性胶圈,其特征是:所述浇注口凸起(9)均匀分布在绝缘性胶圈(13)上平面。
