Abstract

本实用新型提供一种低压注塑一体成型电池壳,包括设置放电物质的电芯,所述电芯的一端依次设有正、负电极连接片、保护板、五金支架与外模,该五金支架固定于保护板端面,为一体结构。本实用新型中的五金支架与保护板为一体结构,通过一次低压注塑成型,就可将保护板、五金支架、外模组装为一体,简化电池壳的加工工序,降低制造成本。

本实用新型涉及电池壳,具体的说是一种低压注塑一体成型电池壳。 
背景技术
随着各种电子产品的普及,如移动电话、数码相机、个人数字助理等,可充电循环使用的锂电池也被广泛使用到此类电子产品上。锂电池的壳体结构主要由设置放电物质的电芯、正、负电极连接片、保护板、外模、五金支架等部件组成。组装过程中,需要将保护板、外模、五金支架三个独立的工件组装为一体,传统的加工方式是将五金支架放置在外模成型的模具内一起注塑成型,此种结构设计,在注塑成型外模时,很容易发生冲胶现象,堵塞电池的电极连接端口,造成材料报废,增加了制造成本。 
实用新型内容
针对以上现有技术的不足与缺陷,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种低压注塑一体成型电池壳。 
一种低压注塑一体成型电池壳,包括设置放电物质的电芯,所述电芯的一端依次设有正、负电极连接片、保护板、五金支架与外模,该五金支架固定于保护板端面,为一体结构。 
本实用新型的目的是通过采用以下技术方案来实现的:所述正、负电极连接片为镍片。 
本实用新型的目的是通过采用以下技术方案来实现的:所述电芯为方形体。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型中的五金支架与保护板为一体结构,通过一次低压注塑成型,就可将保护板、五金支架、外模组装为一体,简化电池壳的加工工序,降低制造成本。

该低压注塑一体成型电池壳包括设置放电物质的电芯101,该电芯101的一端依次设有连接正、负电极的正电极连接片102与负电极连接片103、保护板104、五金支架105、及包裹保护板104与五金支架105的外模106,该五金支架105固定于保护板104端面,为一体结构。其中,电芯101为方形体,连接正、负电极的正电极连接片102与负电极连接片103为导电性较好的镍带。 
此种结构的电池壳,其五金支架105固定于保护板104端面,为一体结构,在注塑成型外模106时,将五金支架105与保护板104同时放置于模具内,通过一次低压注塑成型,就可将保护板104、五金支架105、外模106组装为一体,简化电池壳的加工工序,降低制造成本。
