本实用新型提供一种新型电池注塑封装模具,包括上模部分与下模部分,所述上模部分与下模部分的封装型腔内分别设有顶针,该顶针设于电池壳体端部的封装位置。本实用新型结构简单,在成型过程中,模具型腔内设置的顶针不会发生脱落、歪斜现象,提高了电池壳的封装良率,适用于电池的批量生产,具有较大的实用性。

本实用新型涉及注塑模具,具体的说是一种新型电池注塑封装模具。
背景技术
在电子产品上,如移动电话、数码相机等,一般使用可充电的锂离子电池作为电源。锂离子电池的壳体前端设有电极连接片、保护板、前盖。前盖需与保护板紧密贴合。
在电池壳体的加工过程中,注塑成型前盖,需将保护板放置在模具内,通过设置垫片顶抵保护板,使保护板紧贴前盖,并通过前盖成型时的熔融塑胶将保护板粘合于一体。此种加工方式比较复杂,可靠性较差,在成型过程中会出现垫片歪斜、脱落现象,影响电池壳的封装质量。因此,如何简化电池壳的封装工序,提高电池壳的封装良率,就成为了电池壳体加工过程中亟待解决的课题。
实用新型内容
针对以上现有技术的不足与缺陷,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型电池注塑封装模具。
本实用新型的目的是通过采用以下技术方案来实现的:
一种新型电池注塑封装模具,包括上模部分与下模部分,所述上模部分与下模部分的封装型腔内分别设有顶针,该顶针设于电池壳体端部的封装位置。
作为本实用新型的优选技术方案,所述上模部分与下模部分分别设有两个封装型腔,每一封装型腔内设有两支顶针。
作为本实用新型的优选技术方案,所述顶针为圆柱形。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型结构简单,在成型过程中,模具型腔内设置的顶针不会发生脱落、歪斜现象,提高了电池壳的封装良率,适用于电池的批量生产,具有较大的实用性。

请参阅图1与图2,分别为本实用新型新型电池注塑封装模具的上模部分的结构示意图与下模部分的结构示意图。
该新型电池注塑封装模具由可开合的上模部分101与下模部分102组成,在上模部分101上设有两个电池壳的封装型腔103,下模部分102上设有两个电池壳的封装型腔104,该封装型腔103、104相互对应,在上模部分101与下模部分102闭合后,封装型腔103、104组成一完整的电池壳体的封装型腔,在上模部分101与下模部分102的封装型腔103、104内分别设有两支顶针105。
请参阅图3,为本实用新型新型电池注塑封装模具的顶针与电池壳的配合示意图。顶针105为圆柱形,其设于电池壳体106端部的封装位置,在电池壳体106注塑封装时,顶针105直接抵住保护板107,不需要设置垫片,在成型过程中,顶针105不会发生歪斜、脱落现象,提高了电池壳体的封装良率。
