本实用新型涉及汽车滑轨结构领域，具体为一种汽车座椅滑轨的锁止结构。
背景技术
在汽车领域里为了适应不同体型的乘员，使乘员能更加舒适驾驶和乘坐汽车并减轻乘驾疲劳，通常在汽车座椅下安装可前后或左右调节的导引滑轨，并通过锁止结构将上滑轨与下滑轨锁付，锁止结构保证了汽车座椅的安全可靠定位，其需要保证汽车在受到剧烈撞击时仍能可靠地将上滑轨与下滑轨锁止。现在有锁止结构，见图1、图2和图3，其包括锁止柱销3、轴销4和解锁驱动板5，解锁驱动板5安装于轴销4、且其能够绕轴销转动，轴销4通过支撑板11安装于上滑轨1的一侧面，支撑板11通过铆钉12安装于上滑轨1的上平面上，上滑轨1的轨道内安装有柱销安装支架13，锁止柱销3自上而下穿上滑轨1、支撑板11以及柱销安装支架13，解锁驱动动板5的前段卡口与锁止柱销3卡接，锁止柱销3外周还安装有柱销回复弹簧7，下滑轨2上开有锁止孔（图中未表达），当上滑轨1与下滑轨2锁止时锁止柱销3从上滑轨1穿过柱销安装支架13后插入下滑轨2的锁止孔中，解锁时驱动解锁驱动板5的驱动端，解锁驱动板5整体绕轴销4转动从而使其前端卡口向上翘起既而带动锁止柱销3从下滑轨2的锁止孔中拔出，上滑轨1即能在下滑轨中前后滑动；其缺点在于：汽车受撞击时锁止柱销的下端为主要受力点，锁止柱销受力后撞击力会延着柱销固定支架向铆钉处传递，而由于锁止柱销与铆钉的铆接点距离较大，使得柱销固定支架受力后极易变形，从而导致锁止柱销不能可靠锁止上、下滑轨，因此为了保证其有足够的抗冲击、抗变形的能力，柱销固定架必须使用厚度较厚且强度较高的材料制成，这也导致了整个锁止机构占用空间大、成本高；另外，由于柱销固定架有一定的厚度同时铆钉头也有一定的厚度，因而也导致滑轨竖向空间利用率低。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本实用新型提供了一种汽车座椅滑轨的锁止结构，其能解决现有锁止机构占用空间大、成本高的问题，并能有效增加滑轨竖向空间的利用率。
其技术方案是这样的，其包括上滑轨、下滑轨、锁止柱销、轴销和解锁驱动板，所述上滑轨安装于所述下滑轨内，在解锁情况下所述上滑轨可在下滑轨内水平前后移动，所述下滑轨上开有锁止孔，所述上滑轨内安装有柱销安装支架，所述锁止柱销自上而下穿过所述上滑轨、柱销安装支架，所述锁止柱销外周连接安装有柱销回复弹簧，所述解锁驱动板通过解锁驱动复位弹簧安装于所述轴销，所述轴销通过支撑板安装于所述上滑轨，所述解锁驱动板的前端卡口与所述锁止柱销卡接，其特征在于：所述支撑板通过螺栓固定安装于所述上滑轨的一侧面。
其进一步特征在于：所述螺栓贯穿所述上滑轨的两侧壁。
采用本实用新型汽车座椅滑轨的锁止结构，其有益效果在于：由于支撑板通过螺栓固定安装于上滑轨的一侧面，使得螺栓固定点与锁止柱销的下端部受力点距离缩小，因而提高了滑轨的纵向强度，当汽车受到撞击时柱销固定支架不易变形，在同等强度条件下可以缩小柱销固定支架的厚度，同时也增加了滑轨竖向的空间利用率。

具体实施方式
见图4、图5和图6，本实用新型其包括上滑轨1、下滑轨2、锁止柱销3、轴销4和解锁驱动板5，上滑轨1安装于下滑轨2内，在解锁情况下上滑轨1可在下滑轨2内水平前后移动，下滑轨2上开有锁止孔（图中未表达），上滑轨1内安装有柱销安装支架6，锁止柱销3自上而下穿过上滑轨1、柱销安装支架6，锁止柱销3外周连接安装有柱销回复弹簧7，解锁驱动板5通过解锁驱动复位弹簧8安装于轴销4，轴销4通过支撑板9安装于上滑轨1，解锁驱动板5的前端卡口与锁止柱销卡接，支撑板9通过螺栓10固定安装于上滑轨1的一侧面，螺栓10贯穿上滑轨1的两侧壁。

1.一种汽车座椅滑轨的锁止结构，其包括上滑轨、下滑轨、锁止柱销、轴销和解锁驱动板，所述上滑轨安装于所述下滑轨内，在解锁情况下所述上滑轨可在下滑轨内水平前后移动，所述下滑轨上开有锁止孔，所述上滑轨内安装有柱销安装支架，所述锁止柱销自上而下穿过所述上滑轨、柱销安装支架，所述锁止柱销外周连接安装有柱销回复弹簧，所述解锁驱动板通过解锁驱动复位弹簧安装于所述轴销，所述轴销通过支撑板安装于所述上滑轨，所述解锁驱动板的前端卡口与所述锁止柱销卡接，其特征在于：所述支撑板通过螺栓固定安装于所述上滑轨的一侧面。
