技术领域
本实用新型涉及装备制造技术领域,一种采用组合滚轮导向的叉车门架。 
背景技术
目前,叉车门架均采用4只主导向轮和4只侧导向轮分别进行纵向和横向导向的分体式导向轮结构。其中内门架下部外侧安装主导向轮2只、侧导轮2只,外门架上部内侧安装主导向轮2只、侧导向轮2只。工作时主导轮沿着外门架槽钢两边和内架槽钢导向板滚动,侧导轮沿内外架槽钢底面滚动,实现门架系统的纵向横向运动定位。这种分体式导轮结构由于受到门架槽钢尺寸限制,存在加工工艺复杂,间隙调整困难,侧滚轮强度不足,使用寿命低的缺点。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是改进现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单,加工简易,工作可靠,间隙调整方便,能够实现纵向和横向可靠导向的叉车门架。 
本实用新型解决技术问题提供如下方案: 
一种采用组合滚轮导向的叉车门架,包括内门架、外门架、举升油缸,其特征在于:所述外门架的内侧固定安装有组合滚轮,所述组合滚轮由固定安装在外门架侧板上的主滚轮座、安装在主滚轮座内的主滚轮、主滚轮座中心安装的侧滚轮座、侧滚轮中安装的销轴、以及安装在侧滚轮销轴上的侧滚轮组成,所述组合滚轮与外门架之间留有内门架导向间隙,所述外门架之间滑动安装有内门架,所述内门架的底部安装有举升油缸。 
所述内门架的外壁上设有导向板,所述导向板滑动安装在组合滚轮与内门架之间留有内门架导向间隙内。 
本实用新型的有益效果是: 
1、门架导向轮做成组合式一体化结构,加工时不需要在内外门架上开侧导轮槽,也省去了侧导轮固定孔钻孔、攻丝工序,简化了门架加工工艺。 
2、与分体式侧导轮相比,组合式侧导轮尺寸较大,可以保证足够的设计强度,提高滚轮的使用寿命。

参见附图,一种采用组合滚轮导向的叉车门架,包括内门架1、外门架2、举升油缸3,所述外门架2的内侧固定安装有组合滚轮,所述组合滚轮由固定安装在外门架2侧板上的主滚轮座4、安装在主滚轮座4内的主滚轮5、主滚轮座4中心安装的侧滚轮座6、侧滚轮座6中安装的销轴7、以及安装在侧滚轮销轴7上的侧滚轮8组成,所述组合滚轮与外门架2之间留有内门架导向间隙10,所述外门架2之间滑动安装有内门架1,所述内门架1的底部安装有举升油缸3,所述内门架1的外壁上设有导向板9,所述导向板9滑动安装在组合滚轮与内门架之间留有内门架导向间隙内10。

1.一种采用组合滚轮导向的叉车门架,包括内门架、外门架、举升油缸,其特征在于:所述外门架的内侧固定安装有组合滚轮,所述组合滚轮由固定安装在外门架侧板上的主滚轮座、安装在主滚轮座内的主滚轮、主滚轮座中心安装的侧滚轮座、侧滚轮中安装的销轴、以及安装在侧滚轮销轴上的侧滚轮组成,所述组合滚轮与外门架之间留有内门架导向间隙,所述外门架之间滑动安装有内门架,所述内门架的底部安装有举升油缸。
2.根据权利要求1所述采用组合滚轮导向的叉车门架,其特征在于:所述内门架的外壁上设有导向板,所述导向板滑动安装在组合滚轮与内门架之间留有内门架导向间隙内。
