目前所用的普通数控内孔镗刀,其刀体过于宽厚,刀尖难以到达工件圆心,进行小直径的盲孔加工或内孔圆弧加工存在一定的难度,尤其是当内孔为多孔径时,需要分段进行镗刀作业。申请号为201020644124.0的专利文件,公开了一种数控内孔镗刀,解决了现有内孔镗刀镗孔时操作不便的问题,但对于多孔径的刀孔作业仍然需要分段镗孔,操作效率较低,难以满足复杂数控镗孔快速成型的要求。

如图1、图2所示,本实用新型包括刀体1、刀杆2和刀头3,所述刀体1通过刀杆2连接刀头3,刀头3两侧分别设有主刀刃5和侧刀刃4,主刀刃5与侧刀刃4端部接合处设有过渡刃6,主刀刃5末端部位设有正三角形的副刀头8,所述副刀头8通过螺栓7与刀头3固定连接;所述侧刀刃4与水平线的夹角A为4°~12°,所述过渡刃6的长度为1.5mm~4.5mm。使用时,首先确定主刀刃5和侧刀刃4的吃刀量,通过调节副刀头8突出于刀头3的大小和形状,确定内孔加工的第二吃刀量。
