Abstract

卷扬机自由落钩外置制动装置,机架上联接有的法兰座中装有花键轴,一制动座的一端与法兰座联接、另一端联接有制动盖,制动座中装有活塞,制动座上开有盲孔,盲孔中装有的弹簧两端分别与制动座、活塞抵靠,制动座与活塞及花键轴所围的空间内设有一组内摩擦片和一组外摩擦片,外摩擦片与制动座配合,内摩擦片与花键轴啮合,活塞与制动端盖间具有油腔,制动座上开有的与油腔相通的通孔上装有一油嘴。将花键轴与卷扬机中减速机的输出轴联接,油嘴未通入油液时,内摩擦片、外摩擦片分离,卷扬机可实现自由落钩;卷扬机需要制动时,将具有压力的油液通入油腔内,内摩擦片、外摩擦片将花键轴制动,进而将减速机的输出轴制动,即可实现卷扬机的制动。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及卷扬机制动装置,具体地说是一种对具有减速机构的卷扬机在自由落钩时实现制动的装置。
背景技术
    目前,中小吨位的起重机所配备的具有减速机构的卷扬机都具有自由落钩及制动功能,自由落钩工作原理是将液压马达和减速机构与卷筒完全脱开,让所吊重物做自由落体运动,实现卷扬机在没有驱动力的作用下只依靠重物的重力通过钢丝绳带动卷扬机的卷筒自由旋转,此项功能不仅大大的提高工作效率,而且还减少了液压元件的磨损。制动功能的工作原理是,当所吊重物下降到预定位置时,由制动机构制动减速机的输出轴,使卷筒得到制动。现有具备制动功能的卷扬机所具有的制动机构是设置在减速机构内部的内涨式离合机构,该内涨式离合机构是通过液压系统来控制的,它存在的欠缺是:由于液压系统中减压阀的输出压力不能调节,导致所吊重物的重量变化较大时不能够实现卷扬机的有效制动,尤其是很难满足大吨位卷扬机的制动。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种卷扬机自由落钩外置制动装置,该制动装置可实现对大吨位卷扬机在自由落钩时的有效制动。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下方案:卷扬机自由落钩外置制动装置,机架上联接有一法兰座,法兰座中装有与其转动配合的花键轴,一只制动座的一端与法兰座联接、另一端联接有制动盖,在制动座中装有一活塞,制动座上开有一组与活塞相对的盲孔,盲孔中装有弹簧,弹簧的两端分别与制动座、活塞抵靠,制动座与活塞及花键轴所围的空间内设有一组内摩擦片和一组外摩擦片,各内摩擦片和各外摩擦片呈交错叠加设置,外摩擦片通过其外侧的外榫头与制动座上的凹槽配合,内摩擦片通过其内侧的内齿与花键轴的花键啮合,活塞与制动端盖间具有油腔,制动座上开有一与油腔相通的通孔,通孔上装有一油嘴。
由上述方案可见,本实用新型提供的制动装置在与卷扬机配合使用时,将花键轴与卷扬机中减速机的输出轴联接,在油嘴未通入油液时,在弹簧的作用下,活塞被压在制动端盖上,内摩擦片、外摩擦片分离,卷扬机可实现自由落钩;当卷扬机在完成自由落钩后需要制动时,通过油嘴将具有压力的油液通入油腔内,在油液压力的作用下,活塞克服弹簧的张力压紧内摩擦片、外摩擦片将花键轴制动,进而将减速机的输出轴制动,即可实现卷扬机的制动。
本实用新型结构合理、制动性能可靠,它可实现大吨位卷扬机的有效制动。

本实用新型提供的卷扬机自由落钩外置制动装置具有的机架1上联接有一法兰座5,法兰座5中装有与其转动配合的花键轴2,法兰座5与花键轴2间设有轴承15,一只制动座14的一端与法兰座5联接、另一端联接有制动盖13。在制动座14中装有一活塞11,制动座14上开有一组与活塞11相对的盲孔14b,盲孔14b中装有弹簧8,弹簧8的两端分别与制动座14、活塞11抵靠。制动座14与活塞11及花键轴2所围的空间内设有一组内摩擦片7和一组外摩擦片6,各内摩擦片和各外摩擦片呈交错叠加设置,外摩擦片6通过其外侧的外榫头与制动座14上的凹槽配合,内摩擦片7通过其内侧的内齿与花键轴2的花键啮合。活塞11与制动端盖13间具有油腔10,制动座14上开有一与油腔10相通的通孔14a,通孔14a上装有一油嘴9。
花键轴2内部设有一沿其轴向的进油孔2b,进油孔2b贯通花键轴2的后端,在花键轴2与内摩擦片啮合的轴段上沿径向开有两个以上贯通的出油孔2a,出油孔2a与进油孔2b相通,在花键轴2的后端连接有一与进油孔2b接通的加油管12。由加油管12通入润滑油,即可确保轴承15、内摩擦片7与花键轴2间及外摩擦片6与制动座14间的润滑。另外,在制动盖13的外侧联接有端盖16。
由附图可见,本制动装置在与卷扬机配合使用时,将卷扬机的卷4筒安装在法兰座5上,将花键轴2与联轴器3联接,再将联轴器3与卷扬机中减速机的输出轴联接,在油嘴9未通入油液时,在弹簧8的作用下,活塞11被压在制动端盖13上,内摩擦片7、外摩擦片6分离,卷扬机可实现自由落钩;当卷扬机在完成自由落钩后需要制动时,通过油嘴9将具有压力的油液通入油腔10内,在油液压力的作用下,活塞11克服弹簧8的张力压紧内摩擦片7、外摩擦片6,将花键轴2制动,进而将减速机的输出轴制动,即可实现卷扬机的制动。

1.卷扬机自由落钩外置制动装置,其特征在于:机架上联接有一法兰座,法兰座中装有与其转动配合的花键轴,一只制动座的一端与法兰座联接、另一端联接有制动盖,在制动座中装有一活塞,制动座上开有一组与活塞相对的盲孔,盲孔中装有弹簧,弹簧的两端分别与制动座、活塞抵靠,制动座与活塞及花键轴所围的空间内设有一组内摩擦片和一组外摩擦片,各内摩擦片和各外摩擦片呈交错叠加设置,外摩擦片通过其外侧的外榫头与制动座上的凹槽配合,内摩擦片通过其内侧的内齿与花键轴的花键啮合,活塞与制动端盖间具有油腔,制动座上开有一与油腔相通的通孔,通孔上装有一油嘴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卷扬机自由落钩外置制动装置,其特征在于:花键轴内部设有一沿其轴向的进油孔,进油孔贯通花键轴的后端,在花键轴与内摩擦片啮合的轴段上沿径向开有两个以上贯通的出油孔,出油孔与进油孔相通,在花键轴的后端连接有一与进油孔接通的加油管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的卷扬机自由落钩外置制动装置,其特征在于:在制动盖的外侧联接有端盖。
