【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及轴承领域,尤其是涉及一种大型滑动与滚动组合圆柱滚子轴承。
【背景技术】
已知的,现有的轴承,包括轴承内圈、轴承外圈、一组滚动体和保持架,所述的一组滚动体均布于所述保持架内,所述保持架位于所述轴承内圈和所述轴承外圈之间,所述轴承外圈的外形为圆柱体。轴承的配置一般分为固定端和自由端,分别安装在轴的两端,然后装入两个轴承座内,由于两个轴承座的轴心存在一定的偏差,并且轴承外圈的外形为圆柱体,对于大型圆柱滚子轴承要承受较大的径向负荷,在需要支承跨距较大时,由于制造误差和安装误差而造成的角度误差,这样也使得调心性能即角度调整的性能无法实现,而目前对于具有可进行自动调心,实现轴向位移的特点的轴承,在大型轴承领域的应用显得越来越重要。

为了克服背景技术中的不足,本实用新型公开了一种大型滑动与滚动组合圆柱滚子轴承,本实用新型利用内球面外圈、外球面中圈、内圈以及在所述的外球面中圈和内圈之间设有的带有保持架组件的滚动体来达到自动调心和轴向位移的目的。
为了实现所述发明目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种大型滑动与滚动组合圆柱滚子轴承,包括内球面外圈、外球面中圈、内圈、滚动体和保持架,所述的内球面外圈其内立面为内球面,所述的外球面中圈其外立面为外球面,所述的外球面中圈置于内球面外圈里面,形成一个轴瓦结构,在所述外球面中圈里面设有内圈,在外球面中圈和内圈之间设有保持架,保持架内设有滚动体,所述外球面中圈形成滚动体的外圈。
所述的大型滑动与滚动组合圆柱滚子的轴承,所述保持架为整体窗型框架结构,采用黄铜材料制造。
所述的大型滑动与滚动组合圆柱滚子的轴承,所述滚动体为圆柱滚子,至少为单列滚子轴承。
所述的大型滑动与滚动组合圆柱滚子的轴承,所述内圈为不带挡边内圈。

实施本实用新型所述的大型滑动与滚动组合圆柱滚子轴承,包括包括内球面外圈1、外球面中圈3、内圈2、滚动体4和保持架5,内圈2为不带挡边设计,可作为自由端轴承,实现轴向位移,保持架5为整体窗型结构,具有较高的强度、良好的摩擦性能、减振、减摩、降噪、回转灵活等特点,可实现较高的精度,稳定性,内球面外圈1和外球面中圈3构成的轴瓦结构,当出现角度误差时,内球面外圈1固定,内圈2带动滚动体4、保持架5和外球面中圈3一起在内球面外圈1的球面型滚道中进行摆动调整,能够补偿两轴承座不对中所出现的同心误差,可实现自动调心要求,而所述的外球面中圈3既是轴瓦的轴头又是圆柱滚子轴承的外圈,因而结构紧凑,因此本实用新型解决了既要满足载荷要求,又要具有调心功能和轴向位移功能的要求,达到了其在应用领域的轴承要求。
