背景技术:
现有转向器的蜗杆齿条传动机构中间隙调整机构,由于齿条运动中的径向和轴向存在有间隙,而相互碰撞产生噪声。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种不产生噪声的转向器间隙调整机构的降噪结构。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是,一种转向器间隙调整机构的降噪结构,包括螺杆、齿条和调整体,其特征在于:所述调整体与壳体孔壁相配的周面上设有弹性圈,在上述调整体与螺塞相对的环形端面上设有弹性圈。
本实用新型与现有技术比较具有不产生噪声的优点。

具体实施方式:
现有转向器产生噪声的原因是,转向器中的间隙调整机构中调整体周面和端面与壳体孔壁和调整螺塞端面之间存在间隙,(这种间隙不可能完全消除),在齿条运动时不可避免会产生径向和轴向的振动,使调整体与壳体和螺塞相碰撞产生噪声。为解决此缺陷,采用下述措施:在调整体4与壳体1孔壁之间的周面上设置两个0形弹性圈7,在调整体与螺塞5相对的环形端面设置0形弹性圈6,而螺杆2、齿条3和壳体1不作改变。由于在调整体的周面和端面上分别设置0形弹性圈,当齿条产生径向和轴向振动时,即不会产生碰撞噪声。
