Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种处理煅烧石油焦烟气的燃烧装置,特别是涉及一种处理回转窑煅烧石油焦烟气的燃烧装置。一种回转窑煅烧石油焦烟气的燃烧装置,它包括燃烧室、烟气入口、烟气出口,其中燃烧室的下端设置有集尘装置,燃烧室为竖直圆柱形,燃烧室上设置有燃料烧嘴、空气供风管,助燃风机通过管路与空气供风管连接,空气供风管设置在燃烧室的中下部。本实用新型将横卧式的烟气燃烧室改为竖直圆柱形,各个部件设置合理,结构简单,极大减小了设备占地面积,降低了生产成本,并且更有利于粉尘的沉降和收集。同时,燃烧装置排出的高温烟气可以进行回收利用,可后接蒸汽发电机组,使烟气余热充分利用,达到节能环保的效果。

技术领域
 本实用新型涉及一种处理煅烧石油焦烟气的燃烧装置,尤其涉及一种处理回转窑煅烧石油焦烟气的燃烧装置。
背景技术
煅烧石油焦是碳素制品的重要原料。石油焦在回转窑内煅烧的过程中,会产生大量高温烟气,这些烟气中含有包括焦炭粉尘和挥发分在内的可燃物质,必须经过处理后才能排放。一般采用的方法是在燃烧装置中将烟气所含的挥发分和碳粉消耗掉。由于挥发分和碳粉燃烧会释放大量热量,因此该燃烧装置不需要额外提供燃料,仅依靠烟气自身燃烧产生的热量即可维持反应的进行。
目前常用的烟气燃烧装置为卧式结构,存在占地面积大、设备体积庞大、成本高等缺点。某些特殊的装置将横直的燃烧室做成折弯形,但其总体上仍为卧式结构,并且这种折弯形结构的燃烧装置存在成本高、维护困难的技术问题。现有的烟气燃烧装置还存在各部件设置不合理的问题。因此,开发一种结构简单、占地面积小、设置合理的烟气燃烧装置是目前本领域技术人员急需解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于解决上述卧式设备所存在的问题,提供一种结构简单、占地面积小、设置合理的处理回转窑煅烧石油焦烟气的燃烧装置。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型是通过下述技术方案实现的:
一种回转窑煅烧石油焦烟气的燃烧装置,它包括燃烧室、烟气入口、烟气出口,其中燃烧室的下端设置有集尘装置,燃烧室为竖直圆柱形,燃烧室上设置有燃料烧嘴、空气供风管,助燃风机通过管路与空气供风管连接,空气供风管设置在燃烧室的中下部。
上述的燃烧室的内壁上设置有耐火材料内衬。
上述的燃烧室的底部设有支架。
上述的燃烧室上设置有观察孔。
上述的观察孔为2-6个,其中有一个设置在空气供风管的旁边。
上述的燃料烧嘴与烟气入口设置在燃烧室的同一水平位置处。
由于采用上述技术方案,使得本实用新型具有如下优点和效果:将横卧式的烟气燃烧室改为竖直圆柱形,各个部件设置合理,结构简单,极大减小了设备占地面积,降低了生产成本,并且更有利于粉尘的沉降和收集。同时,燃烧装置排出的高温烟气可以进行回收利用,可后接蒸汽发电机组,使烟气余热充分利用,达到节能环保的效果。

具体实施方式
下面对本实用新型的实施例结合附图加以详细描述,但本实用新型的保护范围不受实施例所限。
如图1所示,本实用新型一种回转窑煅烧石油焦烟气的燃烧装置,它包括燃烧室3、烟气入口1、烟气出口2,其中燃烧室3的下端设置有集尘装置4,集尘装置4将沉降在装置底部的焦炭粉尘和灰分进行清除。燃烧室3的内壁上设置有耐火材料内衬,燃烧室3为竖直圆柱形,燃烧室3的底部设有支架9,支架9起到支撑燃烧室3的作用,燃烧室3上设置有燃料烧嘴5、空气供风管6和观察孔8,助燃风机7通过管路与空气供风管6连接,为烟气燃烧提供足量空气。空气供风管6设置在燃烧室3的中下部。观察孔8为2-6个,其中有一个设置在空气供风管6的旁边。燃料烧嘴5与烟气入口1设置在燃烧室3的同一水平位置处。
本实用新型回转窑煅烧石油焦烟气的燃烧装置,它设置在回转窑烟气汇总处,用于对回转窑煅烧石油焦产生的烟气进行燃烧和沉降,以减少对环境的污染。回转窑排出的烟气温度约为800℃,它们通过烟气入口1进入燃烧室3,在燃烧室3内进行燃烧反应,最后从烟气出口2排出。在正常运行条件下,空气被助燃风机7鼓入燃烧室中参与燃烧反应。挥发分和焦炭粉尘燃烧过程所产生的热量就足以维持燃烧的进行,不需要额外的燃料供给。当燃烧设备需要启动或预热时(回转窑不运行),通过安装在燃烧室上的燃料烧嘴5可以为燃烧室3提供燃料。通过设置在燃烧室上的各个观察孔8可以观察烟气燃烧情况。

1.一种处理回转窑煅烧石油焦烟气的燃烧装置,它包括燃烧室(3)、烟气入口(1)、烟气出口(2),其特征在于燃烧室(3)的下端设置有集尘装置(4),燃烧室(3)为竖直圆柱形,燃烧室(3)上设置有燃料烧嘴(5)、空气供风管(6),助燃风机(7)通过管路与空气供风管(6)连接,空气供风管(6)设置在燃烧室(3)的中下部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种处理回转窑煅烧石油焦烟气的燃烧装置,其特征在于所述的燃烧室(3)的内壁上设置有耐火材料内衬。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种处理回转窑煅烧石油焦烟气的燃烧装置,其特征在于所述的燃烧室(3)的底部设有支架(9)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种处理回转窑煅烧石油焦烟气的燃烧装置,其特征在于所述的燃烧室(3)上设置有观察孔(8)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种处理回转窑煅烧石油焦烟气的燃烧装置,其特征在于所述的观察孔(8)为2-6个,其中有一个设置在空气供风管(6)的旁边。
