Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种以柴草、煤、气、生物质为燃料的高效节能环保炉灶。技术特征是设计炉体和水箱融为一体,并设余热水箱。灶体水箱由方形灶体外壳与中央圆形灶膛密封围成,余热水箱连接在灶体水箱的烟道口上方,余热水箱上方设进水口、大气连通口和水位计;主供氧管由风机出风口连接到主氧室,再由分氧管连接分供氧室,炉膛上为二次燃烧室,二次燃烧室经过烟道连接至佘热水箱的热烟管、与烟窗连接,进料口设在一次燃烧炉膛的中间。本实用新型采用一次和二次供氧,使燃烧更充分,减少二氧化碳的排量,减少了空气污染,减少了热量的散失,免除了热烟气对人体的直接散射和有害气体的吸入。结构简单,制作容易,使用也很方便。

本实用新型涉及普通家庭生活用炉灶,以及厂矿企业餐饮行业用炉灶,尤其是一种高效节能环保炉灶。 
背景技术
多年来,我国各种节省能源的炉灶不断出现,技术不断改革创新。据1990年12月由广东科技出版社出版的《家用燃气具的使用与维修》所刊载,以及由北京化学工业出版社出版的《生物质燃料用户手册》一书,都分别介绍了近年来全国各地的炉灶的结构和生物质燃烧机的使用情况,这些灶具在如何提高燃料为燃烧值,提高热效率,在节省能源方面取得很大的成绩,然而在科学技术不断发展的今天,原来的炉灶结构和燃烧方式及热效率都远远满足和适应不了现代社会的需要。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种以柴(草)、煤、气、生物质为燃料,能以商品化生产制作的炉灶。制作方便,使用方便,节省能源,节省时间,减少污染,极大的提高热效率的高效节能环保炉灶。 
本实用新型一种高效节能环保炉灶,包括安放在炉灶座架上的灶体水箱,进水、出水龙头、烟道、烟窗、鼓风机、主供氧导管、主供氧室、炉膛,主要技术特征是:灶体水箱由方形灶体外壳与中央圆形灶膛之间密封围成,余热水箱连接在灶体水箱的烟道口上方,余热水箱上方设有进水口、大气连通口和水位计;灶体水箱下侧设出水口,主供氧管由风机出风口连接到主氧室,再由分氧管连接分供氧室,由灰尘室围成的主氧室经过炉排连接至一次燃烧炉膛,炉 膛上为二次燃烧室,二次燃烧室经过烟道连接至余热水箱的热烟管、与烟窗连接,进料口设在一次燃烧炉膛的中间。 
高效节能环保炉灶可不设灶体水箱,不设余热水箱,做成单头灶或双头灶。 
本实用新型与其它灶具相比有如下优点:采用一次和二次供氧,使用燃料燃烧更充分,减少了二氧化碳的排量,减少了空气的污染,采用密封式灶膛设烟窗排烟减少了灶膛炉火热量的散失,免除了热烟气对人体的直接散射和有害气体的吸入,该项实用新型结构简单,制作容易,使用也很方便。

具体实施方式
本实用新型外形为方形,灶体水箱5由方形灶体外壳10与中央圆形灶膛6之间密封围成,余热水箱12连接在灶体水箱5烟道口16的上方,余热水箱12上方设有进水口15、大气连通口23和水位计13。灶体水箱5下侧设出水口21,整个灶体水箱安放在炉灶的座架1上。主供氧管19由风机22出风口连接到主氧室3,再由分氧管18连接分供氧室7,由灰尘室围成的主氧室3经过炉排4,连接至一次燃烧炉膛6,炉膛上为二次燃烧室8,二次燃烧室8经过烟道16连接至余热水箱12的热烟管最后与烟窗14连接。为清灰口2设在灰尘室的下方,进料口9设在一次燃烧炉膛6的中间,11为铝锅,17为铁锅,20为耐火材料。 
本实用灶体可设灶体水箱,可不设灶体水箱,可以做成单头灶和多头灶。根据燃料不同可以做成柴、草、煤、等三项炉灶。

1.一种高效节能环保炉灶,包括安放在炉灶座架上的灶体水箱, 进水、出水龙头、烟道、烟窗、鼓风机、主供氧导管、主供氧室、炉膛,其特征在于:灶体水箱(5)由方形灶体外壳(10)与中央圆形灶膛(6)之间密封围成,余热水箱(12)连接在灶体水箱(5)的烟道口(16)上方,余热水箱(12)上方设有进水口(15)、大气连通口(23)和水位计(13);灶体水箱(5)下侧设出水口(21),主供氧管(19)由风机(22)出风口连接到主氧室(3),再由分氧管(18)连接分供氧室(7),由灰尘室围成的主氧室(3)经过炉排(4)连接至一次燃烧炉膛(6),炉膛上为二次燃烧室(8),二次燃烧室(8)经过烟道(16)连接至余热水箱(12)的热烟管、与烟窗(14)连接,进料口(9)设在一次燃烧炉膛(6)的中间。
2.如权利要求1所述的高效节能环保炉灶,其特征在于:不设灶体水箱(5),不设余热水箱(12),做成单头灶或双头灶。
