背景技术
传统的同类产品的结构设计欠佳,不能将燃烧过程中产生的木煤气(烟)充分燃烧,其燃烧率低,火力不足,浪费燃料。而且,传统的烤炉的鼓风一般是在炉上设置扇风口,采用“手动扇风”或“风扇吹风”的方式进行,这种方式较为简陋、原始,鼓风效果欠佳,造成供氧不均、不顺,炭的燃烧效率低,浪费能源。因此,研发一种鼓风效果好的烤炉,成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。

本实用新型是为了解决上述不足,提供了一种新型便携式木煤气炉。
本实用新型的上述目的通过以下的技术方案来实现:一种新型便携式木煤气炉,包括座圈筒、内胆和炉口架,内胆上端口设有炉口架安装座,炉口架装入炉口架安装座,内胆套入并固定在座圈筒上端口处,所述内胆的侧壁上布满烟孔,内胆底部连接一鼓风管,鼓风管呈L形;炉口架上设有火焰分流孔和添柴孔,座圈筒底部设有进风孔;所述鼓风管位于内胆下方穿出座圈筒底部的进风孔。
进一步地,所述内胆上部焊接一外筒,内胆下端设有开口,且设有卡位,并套入炉盘,炉盘架在卡位上,炉盘的侧壁上布满烟孔;内胆上端口设有炉口架安装座,炉口架装入炉口架安装座,外筒中段外壁上设有外凸部,外凸部卡在座圈筒上端口。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的优点是:内胆和炉盘侧壁上均布满烟孔,能将燃烧过程中产生的木煤气充分燃烧,内、外筒双层结构,使进入的空气为热气,其燃烧效率高,火力大,鼓风管连接电动鼓风装置能实现旺火。

如图1、图2所示,一种新型便携式木煤气炉,包括座圈筒1、内胆2和炉口架3,内胆2上端口设有炉口架安装座4,炉口架3装入炉口架安装座4,内胆3套入并固定在座圈筒1上端口处,所述内胆2的侧壁上布满烟孔5,内胆2底部连接一鼓风管6,鼓风管6呈L形;炉口架3上设有火焰分流孔7和添柴孔8,座圈筒1底部设有进风孔9;所述鼓风管6位于内胆2下方穿出座圈筒1底部的进风孔9。
如图3、图4所示,所述内胆3上部焊接一外筒10,内胆2下端设有开口,且设有卡位11,并套入炉盘12,炉盘12架在卡位11上,炉盘12的侧壁上布满烟孔13;外筒10中段外壁上设有外凸部14,外凸部14卡在座圈筒1上端口。
