Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种燃料的燃烧载具,包括外壳和设置在外壳内的炉膛,所述炉膛底部设置若干个进风口,所述外壳一侧设有穿过外壳和炉膛的进料筒,所述进料筒与外壳和炉膛的连接处密封连接。所述炉膛为上端开口,所述炉膛的上周侧与外壳通过环形中空件密封连接。所述环形中空件上设有若干个孔洞。所述外壳侧面设置穿过外壳和炉膛的排烟孔,所述排烟孔与外壳和炉膛的连接处密封连接。所述外壳侧部设有导风管,所述导风管穿过外壳与外壳的连接处密封连接,所述导风管连接有鼓风机。

背景技术
[0002] 按照建造方式,炉灶可分为手工砌筑灶和商品化灶;商品化一般带热水,有水箱、 烟管,老式柴灶结构不合理,燃烧不完全,保温性能差,热损失大,所以热效率低。从灶型的 结构方面来看,其主要缺点是:“两大”(灶口大,灶膛大)、“两无”(无烟囱无灶箅)、“一 高”(吊火高,一般在30厘米左右)。省柴灶是指针对农村广泛利用柴草、秸秆进行直接 燃烧的状况,利用燃烧学和热力学的原理,进行科学设计而建造或者制造出的适用于农村 炊事、取暖等生活领域的用能设备。由于近年来环境污染的不断加重,以至生态遭到了一定 的破坏,也因为生态环境与人类的生产生活息息相关,所以人们的环保意识也越来越强烈, 然而传统的炉灶热效率较低,资源浪费严重,不能满足现代家庭对于取暖的需求。传统的烤 炉的鼓风一般是在炉上设置扇风口,采用“手动扇风”或“风扇吹风”的方式进行,这种方式 较为简陋、原始,鼓风效果欠佳,造成供氧不均、不顺,炭的燃烧效率低,浪费能源。因此,研 发一种燃烧效率高的炉子,成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
[0003]申请号为201520717319.6的实用新型为我们公开了一种新型便携式木煤气炉, 包括座圈筒、内胆和炉口架,内胆上端口设有炉口架安装座,炉口架装入炉口架安装座,内 胆套入并固定在座圈筒上端口处,所述内胆的侧壁上布满烟孔,内胆底部连接一鼓风管,鼓 风管呈L形;炉口架上设有火焰分流孔和添柴孔,座圈筒底部设有进风孔;所述鼓风管位于 内胆下方穿出座圈筒底部的进风孔。这样的结构设计欠佳,不能将燃烧过程中产生的木煤 气充分燃烧,其燃烧率低,火力不足,浪费燃料,且无法对风力进行调控。 实用新型内容

[0005]为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:一种燃料燃烧载具,包括外壳和 设置在外壳内的炉膛,所述外壳侧部设有与炉膛和外壳之间的空腔连通的导风口,所述炉 膛底部设置若干个进风口。

[0019] 本实用新型的燃烧载具在炉膛与外壳之间设置空腔,在其之间形成夹层,通过内 壁对夹层内的空气进行加热,提高夹层中的空气流速以及温度,另外,在初始点火阶段增加 下部的通气量,增加进氧量利于点火,在燃烧起来几分钟后,燃料桶内的温度会迅速上升, 减少底部的进气量,使其底部由于不充分燃烧产生大量的木煤气,且随着木煤气的上升,在 炉膛出火口遇到空气时则会燃烧进而获得火焰的效果,且为了更加充分的运用木煤气,在 炉膛上部的环形中空件上均布若干进风口,使得鼓风机通入内腔后,经过炉膛的热传递使 得空气在上升的过程中不断的加热,进而在进风口内获得高速气流的同时增加了空气的温 度,使得燃烧更加容易与充分,提高了燃烧效率。本实用新型点火简单、燃烧可持续性侧面 添加燃料,操作容易、无需特别安装,即买即用,可随意移动摆放,不开风机情况下依然可以 正常使用。

[0026]实施例一:一种燃料燃烧载具,包括外壳1和设置在外壳内的炉膛2,所述外壳1侧 部设有与炉膛2和外壳1之间的空腔连通的导风口 3,空气从导风口3进入,在炉膛2的作用 下,能够将空气加热,所述炉膛底部设置若干个进风口 4。现有技术中的燃具,其内筒上的进 风口均是在内筒的周侧,本领域技术人员通常均是设置在内筒的周侧,如背景技术中的 CN201520717319.6专利,侧壁设置众多的进风口,燃烧物必然与空气接触面积大,但是其不 足之处在于,燃烧物燃烧后其产生的大量热量从进风口中散出进入空腔之间,造成能量损 失,且在底部不容易产生一氧化碳;即使产生较少的一氧化碳等助燃物,助燃物容易从内筒 周侧的进风口中散出,散出的有毒气体没有燃烧,容易散出损害炉体周侧人的健康。本发明 的燃烧载具突破了现有技术的偏见,在炉膛2的周侧设置导风口 3,通过在炉膛2的底部设置 若干个进风口 4,燃烧物在底部慢慢燃烧后,产生的一氧化碳等助燃物从下往上移动,从而 使炉膛下部形成负压,空气从导风口进入,助燃物在炉膛上部燃烧,出火口就能喷射出猛烈 的喷气火焰。
