Abstract

本发明公开了节能采暖燃气炉,该节能采暖燃气炉,在集热水箱内设的六支螺旋盘管排出气道(a)、(b)、(c)、(d)、(e)、(f)余热再次被集热水箱吸收,采用这样的结构使集热水箱的吸热面积扩大2‑3倍,温控气量阀使集热水箱温度控制在80摄氏度左右达到节能的目的,可根据不同的气源配置灶头,是一种既环保又节能采暖炉具。

技术领域
本发明是根据热传导原理实施热量的传递和最大的热量收集。减 少气源的消耗达到节能的目的,具体地说是燃烧气源收集热量输出热 量的装置。
背景技术
目前我国广大农村冬季采暖大多采用燃煤炉具直接排放烟尘对 大气环境污染严重。特别是京津冀地区和华北平原空气质量较差,人 民政府对企事业单位和部分地区实行了煤改电工程。广大农村的采暖 用煤排污无法控制,远不能达到治理大气污染的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种替代燃煤炉具的燃气炉具达到零污 染排放的目的,使大气环境进一步改善。
本发明是这样实现的,在集热水箱内设六支螺旋盘管作为余热的 排出气道,在集热水箱下底设气体燃烧室,燃烧室的底部安装燃气灶 头(根据使用不同燃气安装不同的灶头如:天然气、煤气、沼气、油 中油等),燃烧室的侧面设三个助燃进气孔,燃烧室底部设有燃气进 气道、三个炉体支柱,燃气进气道中设有温控气量阀和供气开关。
采用这样的结构使集热水箱的吸热面积扩大2-3倍,气体燃烧 产生的热能被集热水箱的底部大量吸收,余热向周边扩散进入余热排 气道在排气道内热量进一步被集热水箱吸收达到热量的最大收集量 减少气源的消耗,当集热水箱温度达80摄氏度时温控气量阀自动调 低气量的供给使水箱温度控制在80摄氏度左右达到节能的目的。

实施例1:如图1所示,燃气由供气管道(4)输入达灶头(3) 在燃烧室(2)内燃烧释放热能被集热水箱(1)的底部吸收导入集热 水箱(1)内,余热流入在水箱内设的六支螺旋盘管排出气道(a)、(b)、 (c)、(d)、(e)、(f)再次被集热水箱(1)吸收,最终由排气口(8)排出,为了充分利用能源集热水箱(1)温度达80摄氏度时温控气量阀 (5)自动调节气量的供给使集热(1)水箱温度控制在80摄氏度左 右达到节能的目的,根据使用不同燃气安装不同的灶头如:天然气、 煤气、沼气、油中油等使本节能采暖燃气炉具有广泛的实用范围。

1.节能采暖燃气炉,其特征在于集热水箱(1)内设有六支螺旋盘管(a)、(b)、(c)、(d)、(e)、(f)作为余热的排出气道,水箱的下部设气体燃烧室(2),燃烧室(2)底部安装燃气灶头(3),灶头(3)的下部设有供汽管道(4),供汽管道(4)上设有温控气量阀(5)供汽开关(6),燃烧室(2)燃烧室的侧面设三个助燃进气孔(7),集热水箱(1)上部设有排气口(8)、循环输出口(9),集热水箱(1)下侧设有循环输入口(10)。
