本发明公开了节能采暖燃气炉,该节能采暖燃气炉,在集热水箱内设的六支螺旋盘管排出气道(a)、(b)、(c)、(d)、(e)、(f)余热再次被集热水箱吸收,采用这样的结构使集热水箱的吸热面积扩大3‑5倍,集热水箱温度在80摄氏度时控调控气量阀,调低燃气供给量减小火势使集热水箱(1)温度控制在80摄氏度左右,可根据使用不同的气源配置灶头,使本节能采暖燃气炉具有广泛的实用范围,采用这样的装置能节约燃气20%‑30%,是一种既环保又节能采暖炉具。

技术领域
本发明是根据热传导原理实施热量的传递和最大的热量收集。减少气源的消耗达到节能的目的,具体地说是燃烧气源收集热量输出热量的装置。
背景技术
目前我国广大农村冬季采暖大多采用燃煤炉具直接排放烟尘对大气环境污染严重。特别是京津冀地区和华北平原空气质量较差,人民政府对企事业单位和部分地区实行了煤改电工程。广大农村的采暖用煤排污无法控制,远不能达到治理大气污染的目的。
发明新型内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种替代燃煤炉具的燃气炉具达到零污染排放的目的,使大气环境进一步改善。
本发明是这样实现的,在集热水箱内设六支螺旋盘管作为余热的排出气道,在集热水箱下底设气体燃烧室,燃烧室的底部安装燃气灶头(根据使用不同燃气安装不同的灶头如:天然气、煤气、沼气、油中油等),燃烧室的侧面设三个助燃进气孔(火势观察孔),燃烧室底部设有燃气进气道、供氧进气孔、三个炉体支柱,燃气进气道中设有气量阀和供气开关。
采用这样的结构使集热水箱的吸热面积扩大3一5倍,气体燃烧产生的热能被集热水箱的底部大量吸收,余热向周边扩散进入余热排气道在排气道内热量进一步被集热水箱吸收达到热量的最大收集量减少气源的消耗,当集热水箱水温达到80摄氏度时调低燃气供给量减小火势,使集热水箱水温在80摄氏度至90 摄氏度之间,采用这样的装置能节约燃气20%-30%。

实施例1:如图1所示,燃气由供气管道(4)输入达灶头(3)在燃烧室(2)内燃烧释放热能被集热水箱(1)的底部吸收导入集热水箱(1)内,余热流入在水箱内设的六支螺旋盘管排出气道(a)、(b)、(c)、 (d)、(e)、(f)再次被集热水箱(1)吸收,最终由排气口(8)排出,为了充分利用能源集热水箱(1)温度达80摄氏度时(水温表(11)显示)调控气量阀(5),调低燃气供给量减小火势使集热(1)水箱温度控制在80摄氏度左右,根据使用不同燃气安装不同的灶头如:天然气、煤气、沼气、油中油等使本节能采暖燃气炉具有广泛的实用范围,通过这种装置达到节能25%-30%的目的。

1.节能采暖燃气炉,其特征在于集热水箱(1)内设有六支螺旋盘管(a)、(b)、(c)、(d)、(e)、(f)作为余热的排出气道,水箱的下部设气体燃烧室(2),燃烧室(2)底部安装燃气灶头(3),灶头(3)的下部设有供汽管道(4),供汽管道(4)上设有气量调控阀(5)供汽开关(6),燃烧室(2)的侧面设三个助燃进气孔(火势观察孔)(7),集热水箱(1)上部设有排气口(8)水温表(11)、循环输出口(9),集热水箱(1)下侧设有循环输入口(10)。
