Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种防震圈，包括带孔的锥形内圆柱、环形中圈、至少一根弹性加强筋、环形外圈；上述部件依次从内至外连接在一起。本实用新型可解决如何提供防震部件的防震性能及安装较为方便的技术问题。由于环形中圈内设有带孔的锥形内圆柱，这样，电机的旋转轴就安装在该孔中，锥形的设计使得防震圈的安装位置可调，同时抵消电机的轴向震动。

本实用新型涉及一种防震的部件，具体的说是一种固定在震动部件上吸收其震动的防震圈。
背景技术
    目前大部分微型电机采用的防震部件主要为泡沫构件，其利用泡沫构件内的气泡空隙吸收震动部件的震动波，这种部件安装位置确定，无法估计需要调整其安装位置，而且也无法吸收震动部件的轴向震动，另外，一旦安装空隙大了或者小了，就有可能导致无法安装，防震效果也不是很好。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种防震圈，解决如何提供防震部件的防震性能及安装较为方便的技术问题。
防震圈，包括带孔的锥形内圆柱、环形中圈、至少一根弹性加强筋、环形外圈；上述部件依次从内至外连接在一起。
所述锥形内圆柱为圆锥形内圆柱。
所述锥形内圆柱设置在环形中圈的内圆端头上。
所述锥形内圆柱的锥角为77度-85度。
所述孔为圆孔。
所述环形外圈与环形中圈中间均匀的设置有8根弹性加强筋，相邻的弹性加强筋之间具有空隙。
所述锥形内圆柱、环形中圈、弹性加强筋、环形外圈连接成一个整体。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
1、由于环形中圈内设有带孔的锥形内圆柱，这样，电机的旋转轴就安装在该孔中，锥形的设计使得防震圈的安装位置可调，同时抵消电机的轴向及纵向，即上、下、左、右四个方向的震动。
2、由于环形中圈与环形外圈之间安装有8个弹性加强筋且相邻的弹性加强筋之间具有空隙，这样利用弹性加强筋及空腔吸收震动部件的震动波，可显著提高防震效果。

具体实施方式
请参考图1至图3，图中的防震圈1为一个整体部件，包括一个带圆孔2的圆锥形内圆柱3、一个环形中圈4、八根弹性加强筋5、一个环形外圈6；圆锥形内圆柱3安装在环形中圈4的内圆端头上，该圆锥形内圆柱3的锥角为77度-85度，优选77角度，这个角度可较好的吸收震动波；环形外圈6与环形中圈4中间均匀的安装有8根弹性加强筋5，相邻的弹性加强筋5之间具有空隙7。
在实际应用中，防震圈1也可将部件一一拆开形成为分体式结构，环形外圈6与环形中圈4之间增加或者减少弹性加强筋3的数量。

1.防震圈，其特征在于：包括带孔的锥形内圆柱、环形中圈、至少一根弹性加强筋、环形外圈；上述部件依次从内至外连接在一起。
2.依据权利要求1中所述的防震圈，其特征在于：所述锥形内圆柱为圆锥形内圆柱。
3.依据权利要求1或2中所述的防震圈，其特征在于：所述锥形内圆柱设置在环形中圈的内圆端头上。
4.依据权利要求1中所述的防震圈，其特征在于：所述锥形内圆柱的锥角为77度-85度。
5.依据权利要求1中所述的防震圈，其特征在于：所述孔为圆孔。
6.依据权利要求1中所述的防震圈，其特征在于：所述环形外圈与环形中圈中间均匀的设置有8根弹性加强筋，相邻的弹性加强筋之间具有空隙。
7.依据权利要求1中所述的防震圈，其特征在于：所述锥形内圆柱、环形中圈、弹性加强筋、环形外圈连接成一个整体。
