本实用新型涉及一种硫磺燃烧炉，具体说是一种固态粉状硫磺直接喷雾气化燃烧的硫磺燃烧炉。
背景技术
目前公知糖厂蔗汁澄清SO2中和过程使用的硫磺燃烧炉(燃硫炉)是由炉门、燃烧盘、助燃室、冷却器构成，硫磺经熔化后放入燃烧盘燃烧、SO2从燃硫炉的后部引出，这种燃硫炉的缺点是容易造成SO2泄漏，污染环境，且无法控制硫液燃烧温度，燃烧不完全，二氧化
硫浓度不稳定，影响生产。需要将硫磺用蒸汽加热或电加热方式将硫磺变成熔融状态，在经过液硫泵将硫磺喷射到封闭性的炉膛内进行燃烧。将固态硫磺融化为液态的过程需要消耗大量能量，硫磺燃烧所产生的热能容易被浪费。现有燃硫炉在半封闭状态直接燃烧颗粒状、片状、块状硫磺，缺点是硫气容易泄露造成环境污染，燃烧温度低、效率低，硫气浓度低，燃烧过程不易控制。若直接在封闭状态燃烧则未能解决精确计量硫磺、空气配比和气化混流问题，容易出现缺氧及燃烧不完全，严重时升华硫堵塞管道问题。将固态硫磺融化为液态再喷射雾化燃烧，虽然燃烧效率较高，但需要消耗能量来熔化硫磺，增加了能量的消耗。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型设计了一种硫磺燃烧炉，能使固体硫磺燃烧充分。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
一种硫磺燃烧炉，包括炉体，炉体下部设有进料口、出渣口、炉体顶部设有硫气出口，其特征在于：进料口连接有进风管路，进风管路与高压风机、进硫磺通道相连；进硫磺通道与硫磺粉碎室相连；硫磺粉碎室设有进料绞龙，进料绞龙的驱动轮设在硫磺粉碎室的密封板的外部，驱动轮与伺服电机的输出轮相连；硫磺粉碎室上部设有孔，孔上连接有硫磺料斗；硫磺料斗底部设有闸板。
进一步，所述进风管路上还设有加热装置。
进一步，所述加热装置为加热板，加热板通过管道与热气源连接。
进一步，所述炉体的下部设有观察孔，出渣口上设有风量调节阀门。观察孔18上镶嵌有玻璃。
进一步，所述炉体的侧壁设有钢板外壳及保温层。保温层用耐火保温砖制成。炉体优选中空的圆柱体。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型硫磺燃烧炉不需要将硫磺加热熔融成液体，采用进料绞龙将固态硫磺粉碎成粉末，将固态粉状硫磺直接喷雾气化燃烧，操作简便，维修方便，简化了燃烧流程，节约成本，减少能耗；由于高压风机提供动力，将硫磺粉碎室的硫磺吸附进风管道，在进风管道进一步加热，有助于硫磺粉末气化，提高了燃烧质量。可以通过闸板开口的大小、进料绞龙的转速来控制硫磺的供应量，通过高压风机的工作功率、风量调节阀门来控制风量和吸力的大小，实现硫磺燃烧的可控性。

一种硫磺燃烧炉，包括炉体9，炉体9下部设有进料口20、出渣口19、炉体9顶部设有硫气出口11。进料口20连接有进风管路6，进风管路6通过法兰7与高压风机8、进硫磺通道5相连；进硫磺通道5与硫磺粉碎室17相连；硫磺粉碎室17设有进料绞龙3，进料绞龙3的驱动轮13设在硫磺粉碎室17的密封板12的外部，驱动轮13与伺服电机4的输出轮相连；硫磺粉碎室17上部设有孔，孔上连接有硫磺料斗1；硫磺料斗1底部设有闸板2。进风管路6上还加热装置15；加热装置为加热板，加热板与通过管通道与热气源连接；热气源设在炉体上，可以利用硫磺燃烧炉产生的热量。炉体9的下部设有观察孔18，观察孔18上镶嵌有玻璃。出渣口19上设有风量调节阀门16，用于控制进气量。出渣口19用于排渣。炉体9的侧壁设有保温层10，保温层采用钢板外壳及耐火保温砖组成保温结构。

1.一种硫磺燃烧炉，包括炉体（9），炉体（9）下部设有进料口（20）、出渣口（19）、炉体（9）顶部设有硫气出口（11），其特征在于：进料口（20）连接有进风管路（6），进风管路（6）与高压风机（8）、进硫磺通道（5）相连；进硫磺通道（5）与硫磺粉碎室（17）相连；硫磺粉碎室（17）设有进料绞龙（3），进料绞龙（3）的驱动轮（13）设在硫磺粉碎室（17）的密封板（12）的外部，驱动轮（13）与伺服电机（4）的输出轮（14）相连；硫磺粉碎室（17）上部设有孔，孔上连接有硫磺料斗（1）；硫磺料斗（1）底部设有闸板（2）。
