技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种扒装机挖装机输送槽的改进,尤其是工作过程中不卡死链条,不磨损输送槽。 
背景技术
目前,公知的刮板式扒装机挖装机输送槽装置,主要由输送槽、链条、刮板、链轮组成,其中输送槽由输送槽侧板与输送槽底板构成。链条,与间隔固定在链条上的刮板,覆盖在输送槽底板上。依靠链轮驱动链条与刮板运动,将堆积在输送槽底板、或链条、或刮板上的物料输送到其它容器。但实际工作中,不同尺寸的硬物料颗粒或块,堆积塞入链条与输送槽底板之间或刮板与输送槽底板之间,把链条与刮板顶起,使链条胀紧卡死,工作中反复停顿排除故障,影响工作效率。在正常工作状态,链条的链板圆弧面与输送槽底板剧烈摩擦,把输送槽底板割出与链板吻合的沟槽,输送槽报废。在正常工作状态,硬物料与输送槽底板剧烈摩擦,底板变薄,输送槽报废。 
发明内容
为了克服现有的刮板式扒装机挖装机输送槽装置,链条胀紧卡死、链条与输送槽底板剧烈摩擦、硬物料与输送槽底板剧烈摩擦的不足,本实用新型提供一种节板式扒装机挖装机输送槽装置,根本不存在链条或刮板与输送槽底板之间的相对运动,也就不存在链条胀紧卡死、链条与输送槽底板摩擦、物料与输送槽底板摩擦的现象。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:公知的输送槽由左右两侧的输送槽侧板与输送槽底板构成,本技术方案将输送槽底板去掉。两条带有链条耳板的链条,分别对称分布在输送槽左右两侧,并靠近输送槽侧板内侧。每左右对称的一对儿链条耳板,共同托着一条输送节板,多件输送节板衔接,组成了履带状的槽底,用来承载物料。当工作时,驱动链轮驱动链条运动,链条带动履带状槽底运动,将堆积在履带状槽底上的物料输送到其它容器。因为不存在输送槽底板,承载物料的履带状槽底与物料同步运动,所以也就不存在硬物料塞入链条与输送槽底板之间或刮板与输送槽底板之间,把链条与刮板顶起,使链条胀紧卡死,也就不存在链条与输送槽底板剧烈摩擦。物料与输送节板同步运动,也就不存在硬物料与输送槽底板剧烈摩擦。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:不存在链条胀紧卡死,不存在输送槽底板磨损。降低生产成本,提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
在图3中,输送节板(2)首尾相连,衔接成履带状的槽底,如图4、图2、图1。在图3中,任意相邻的两件输送节板,可以围绕衔接处的圆弧中心轴线相对转动。 
在图4中,输送槽侧板(1)镜像对称分布在输送槽两侧,链条(3)镜像对称分布在输送槽两内侧。每节输送节板(2)的两侧,有两块节板固定板(4)。在图7中,节板固定板(4)与输送节板(2)刚性或弹性连接。在图5中,每个链节上都有链条耳板(5),在图5、图7中,节板固定板(4)覆盖在链条耳板(5)上面,用螺栓(6)、螺母(7)紧固。 
在图1中,履带状槽底承载着物料,随着链条(3)的循环运动而循环运动,将物料输送到其它容器。承载着物料的构件——履带状槽底,与物料同步运动。承载着物料的构件——履带状槽底,与链条(3)同步运动。

3.根据权利要求1所述的节板式扒装机挖装机输送槽,其特征是:输送节板(2)首尾相连,衔接成履带状的槽底。
4.根据权利要求3所述的节板式扒装机挖装机输送槽,其特征是:任意相邻的两件输送节板(2),可以围绕衔接处的圆弧中心轴线相对转动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的节板式扒装机挖装机输送槽,其特征是:节板固定板(4)与输送节板(2)刚性或弹性连接,用螺栓(6)、螺母(7)将节板固定板(4)与链条耳板(5)紧固。
