绝缘胶膜作为用于手机、汽车、电脑,等五金配件的特种绝缘粘剂。具有绝缘,隔离、耐高温的特殊作用,胶结强度良好,可在高温下正常发挥其作用。绝缘胶膜以特殊胶粘剂,适用于许多五金导电、导热元器件的隔离。现已广泛用于手机、电脑,汽车各种五金导电导热元器件的阻隔和绝缘,但是在对绝缘胶膜进行模切时,胶膜产品边框容易出现压印与变形现象。 
发明内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种新型绝缘胶膜。以解决现有技术所存在的胶膜产品边框容易出现压印与变形等技术问题。 
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种新型绝缘胶膜,包括胶带、PC绝缘膜、单硅离型纸,其中胶带为无基材双面胶带,所述单硅离型纸覆在无基材双面胶带胶带上。 
作为优选,所述绝缘胶膜是通过机模从单硅离型纸面冲压并去废料,把PC绝缘膜覆上来,再次通过平刀机从PC绝缘膜面上半切使其绝缘胶膜两次成型。 
作为优选,所述机模采用雕刻落料刀具,落料角度-25°,外直内斜,刀锋角度25°内直外斜,刀高2.5mm。 
本实用新型通过平刀机二次成型,模切时不会出现压印与变形,其大幅提升了元器件的耐高温、隔离和绝缘性能,能很好的阻止静电的外泄、消除元器件发热导致产品损坏现象、增强元器件的性能、延长元器件的寿命。邦定后元器件的对比,实用性、安全性及抗温性都明显提高。而且,成本低廉,易于实施,且实施效果良好。具有很强的实用性,市场前景广阔。

图1是本实用新型的结构剖视图。由图1可知,一种新型绝缘胶膜,主要由底纸3,无基材双面胶带2,PC绝缘膜1,先通过平刀机从附加材质单硅离型纸面冲切第一次并去废料,把PC绝缘膜1覆在无基材双面胶带2上,再次通过平刀机从PC绝缘膜面上半切第二次使其绝缘胶膜两次成型,其中采用雕刻落料刀具,落料角度-25°,外直内斜,刀锋角度25°内直外斜,刀高2.5mm;所述PC绝缘膜覆在无基材双面胶带上模切成型的绝缘胶膜。使用时,通过贴合机直接将绝缘胶膜贴合在手机或电脑元器件上,使其牢固地粘接在一起,从而克服现有技术的不能解决的技术问题。
