技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种太阳能电池胶膜。
背景技术
目前使用的太阳能电池胶膜,采用EVA为原料,添加各种改性助剂,通过螺杆挤出机加热、塑化后,经扁平模头流延至辊筒上,成为薄膜状平面胶膜。由于该EVA平面胶膜软化点低,胶膜在常温下有一点粘性,所以在后续收卷成筒状产品时,造成胶膜之间发生粘连,不易分开,给用户裁切造成困难和不便。后采用收卷时胶膜衬纸的方法处理。但增加了成本,同时用户裁切仍然不便。后采用在平面薄膜的一面上压花,虽然解决了胶膜间的粘连问题,但用户在太阳能电池组件按玻璃/胶膜/电池片组/胶膜/背板的叠层过程中,由于胶膜的粘性,叠层胶膜与电池片之间发生粘连,一旦放置位置不正确就很难纠正,容易造成昂贵的电池片损坏。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决现有太阳能电池胶膜的容易粘连、不便于裁切、叠层操作的不足,提供一种胶膜之间以及胶膜与电池片之间不会粘连,便于裁切、叠层操作的太阳能电池胶膜。
本实用新型所述的太阳能电池胶膜,包括胶膜本体,其特征在于:所述的胶膜本体的两面都压有凸起的花纹。
进一步,所述的胶膜本体两面的花纹不相同。
所述的凸起花纹的形状可根据对胶膜的粘性及滑动性要求进行设计。一般花纹凹凸较深、花纹密度大,则与其他物质表面摩擦阻力大,不容易滑动。反之,花纹浅、密度小,与其他物质表面摩擦阻力小,容易滑动。
本实用新型由于太阳能电池组件封装时,由于胶膜上下两面均有孔隙,在抽真空、层压时气体容易抽除。层压后的组件出现气泡的现象大大减少。
本实用新型的优点在于:胶膜之间以及胶膜与电池片之间不会粘连,便于裁切、叠层操作,同时层压后的组件出现气泡的现象少。

本实用新型所述的太阳能电池胶膜,包括胶膜本体1,所述的胶膜本体的两面11、12都压有凸起的花纹2。
所述的胶膜本体1两面11、12的花纹不相同。
所述的凸起花纹2的形状可根据对胶膜的粘性及滑动性要求进行设计。一般花纹凹凸较深、花纹密度大,则与其他物质表面摩擦阻力大,不容易滑动。反之,花纹浅、密度小,与其他物质表面摩擦阻力小,容易滑动。
本实用新型由于太阳能电池组件封装时,由于胶膜上下两面均有孔隙3,在抽真空、层压时气体容易抽除。层压后的组件出现气泡的现象大大减少。
