本实用新型涉及一种压花EVA胶膜,尤其是一种用于太阳能电池组件的压花EVA胶膜。 
背景技术
EVA是一种有粘性的胶膜,用于制造夹胶玻璃。 由于通过助剂改性后的EVA胶膜在粘着力、耐久性、光学特性等方面具有优越性,使得它被越来越广泛的应用于太阳能电池组件以及各种光学产品。 
目前使用的EVA胶膜软化点低,胶膜在常温下具有粘性,所以在后续收卷成筒状产品时,容易造成胶膜之间发生粘连,不易分开,给用户裁剪造成困难和不便。后采用收卷时胶膜衬纸的方法处理。但增加了成本,同时用户裁切仍然不便。后采用单面压花,虽然解决了胶膜间的粘连问题,当用户在生产太阳能电池组件并按玻璃、胶膜、电池片、胶膜和背膜的叠层过程中,由于胶膜的粘性,叠层胶膜仍然容易与电池片发生粘连,一旦放置位置不正确就很难纠正,容易造成昂贵的电池片损坏。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种不容易粘连、便于裁剪、叠层操作、厚度薄的压花EVA胶膜。

优选地,所述胶膜本体的一面设有凸起的花纹,另一面设有凹进的花纹。 
优选地,所述的胶膜本体两面的花纹为半球形、金字塔形、三棱锥形中一种或几种的结合。 
优选地,所述的花纹之间有间隙。 
优选地,所述的间隙为1~10mm。

如图1所示,一种压花EVA胶膜,包括胶膜本体1,胶膜本体的一面为凸起的花纹2,另一面为凹进的花纹3,花纹之间有间隙4,间隙为1~10mm。
将玻璃、胶膜、电池片、胶膜和背膜顺次叠放,花纹能有效地使EVA胶膜与电池片之间以及EVA胶膜与玻璃之间不会粘连, 便于裁剪、叠层操作,同时层压后的组件出现气泡的现象少。

1.一种压花EVA胶膜,包括胶膜本体,其特征在于:所述的胶膜本体表面设有花纹。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压花EVA胶膜,所述胶膜本体的一面设有花纹。
3.根据权利要求1所述的压花EVA胶膜,所述胶膜本体的一面设有凸起的花纹,另一面设有凹进的花纹。
4.根据权利要求1所述的压花EVA胶膜,所述的胶膜本体两面的花纹为半球形、金字塔形、三棱锥形中一种或几种的结合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的压花EVA胶膜,所述的花纹之间有间隙。
6.根据权利要求5所述的压花EVA胶膜,所述的间隙为1~10mm。
