本实用新型涉及一种双面六棱台太阳能电池组件封装胶膜,包括胶膜本体(1),在所述胶膜本体(1)的正面和背面有规则的均匀分布有若干六棱台(2),在相邻六棱台(2)与六棱台(2)之间均设有间隙通道(3)。本实用新型通过双面六棱台的设计处理,便于防止封装胶膜收卷过程中的自粘结现象,易于产品生产中包装及使用者生产过程中的裁剪。相邻六棱台与六棱台之间的间隙通道便于组件生产过程层压工艺中完全真空的要求。胶膜的性能更加稳定,减少了固化时间,让胶膜能够更好的平均分布于玻璃与电池片之间,同时也节约了能耗,降低了生产成本。这样可以提高电池组件的转换率及使用年限。

双面六棱台太阳能电池组件封装胶膜
(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种太阳能电池组件封装胶膜。
(二)背景技术
太阳能电池组件是一种通过光电效应或光化学效应直接把光能转变为电能的装置。其表面用透过率大于90%的钢化玻璃,太阳能电池组件的上下两层为EVA,衬底为TPT背板材料,五层材料经层压后加上铝合金边框而成。目前的太阳能电池组件封装胶膜一般采用双面光滑,或者一面(两面)采用凸纹。由于EVA的自身的特性所造成的,制成品一般会有一定的粘性,收卷后会造成膜与膜之间的粘连,给产品生产以及使用带来诸多不便。由于两面光滑局限性,不利于太阳能电池组件生产过程中的抽真空操作,不能够完全将空气排除,导致组件制成品不平整或产生气泡。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种能改变胶膜之间自粘结、以及能在太阳能电池组件生产过程中的抽真空时完全排气的双面六棱台太阳能电池组件封装胶膜。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:一种双面六棱台太阳能电池组件封装胶膜,包括胶膜本体,在所述胶膜本体的正面和背面有规则的均匀分布有若干六棱台,在相邻六棱台与六棱台之间均设有用于承压排气和方便收卷、防止胶膜自粘结的间隙通道。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型通过双面六棱台的设计处理,便于防止封装胶膜收卷过程中的自粘结现象,易于产品生产中包装及使用者生产过程中的裁剪。相邻六棱台与六棱台之间的间隙通道便于组件生产过程层压工艺中完全真空的要求。胶膜的性能更加稳定,减少了固化时间,让胶膜能够更好的平均分布于玻璃与电池片(背板材料与电池片)之间,同时也节约了能耗,降低了生产成本。这样可以提高电池组件的转换率及使用年限。
