本实用新型是有关于一种压纹卡片，包括有一基材，以及依序贴合于所述基材上的一聚合物层、一发泡层、一聚合物层、一印刷层与一薄膜，所述薄膜、所述印刷层、该些聚合物层、所述发泡层一并压制形成有形状相对应的凹凸图案。本实用新型能使卡片上的图案形成外周缘曲度立体浮凸效果，且不会因外力施压而变形凹陷。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种压纹卡片，特别是涉及一种能使卡片上的图案形成外周缘曲度立体浮凸效果，且不会因外力施压而变形凹陷的压纹卡片。
背景技术
请参阅图1所示，是传统压纹卡片的剖视图。传统压纹卡片1的结构设计通常是利用压纹机在一金属片11上进行压纹作业，此金属片11通常是铝片或铜片，使得金属片11上形成图案浮凸部份111。
由于金属片11内侧缺乏适当的支撑结构设计，图案浮凸部份111外周侧缘并未向形成浮凸曲度，整体呈现出来的立体效果不佳。且图案浮凸部份111也容易在外力不慎碰撞下如图2所示产生凹陷变形现象，如此会影响压纹卡片1的价值感。尤其是对于球员卡类的收藏性压纹卡片1而言，卡片如果很容易变形，也会降低消费者的收藏兴致。
由此可见，上述现有的压纹卡片在结构与使用上，显然仍存在有不便与缺陷，而亟待加以进一步改进。为了解决上述存在的问题，相关厂商莫不费尽心思来谋求解决之道，但长久以来一直未见适用的设计被发展完成，而一般产品又没有适切的结构能够解决上述问题，此显然是相关业者急欲解决的问题。因此如何能创设一种新型结构的压纹卡片，实属当前重要研发课题之一，亦成为当前业界极需改进的目标。
有鉴于上述现有的压纹卡片存在的缺陷，本发明人基于从事此类产品设计制造多年丰富的实务经验及专业知识，并配合学理的运用，积极加以研究创新，以期创设一种新型结构的压纹卡片，能够改进一般现有的压纹卡片，使其更具有实用性。经过不断的研究、设计，并经过反复试作样品及改进后，终于创设出确具实用价值的本实用新型。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于，克服现有的压纹卡片存在的缺陷，而提供一种新型结构的压纹卡片，所要解决的技术问题是使其图案的外周缘曲度形成立体浮凸效果。
本实用新型的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下的技术方案来实现的。依据本实用新型提出的压纹卡片，其包括有一基材，以及依序贴合于所述基材上的一聚合物层、一发泡层、一聚合物层、一印刷层与一薄膜；所述基材、所述薄膜、所述印刷层、该些聚合物层、所述发泡层一并压制形成有形状相对应的凹凸图案。
较佳的是，前述的压纹卡片，其中所述的基材为一由聚苯乙烯材料所制成的片体，而各所述聚合物层则均为乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物材料，另外，所述发泡层则可为选自发泡乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、聚氯乙烯、聚苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、热塑性聚胺基甲酸酯材料中任一个。所述印刷层是由油墨印刷图案而构成。而所述薄膜为二轴延伸聚丙烯。
较佳的是，前述的压纹卡片，其中所述的最上层的该聚合物层顶面与该印刷层间还具有一电镀膜。
更佳的是，前述的压纹卡片，其还包括有一贴合于所述基材底面的贴纸。
借由上述技术方案，本实用新型压纹卡片至少具有下列优点及有益效果：能使卡片上的图案形成外周缘曲度立体浮凸效果，且不会因外力施压而变形凹陷。
上述说明仅是本实用新型技术方案的概述，为了能够更清楚了解本实用新型的技术手段，而可依照说明书的内容予以实施，并且为了让本实用新型的上述和其他目的、特征和优点能够更明显易懂，以下特举较佳实施例，并配合附图，详细说明如下。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本实用新型为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段及功效，以下结合附图及较佳实施例，对依据本实用新型提出的压纹卡片其具体实施方式、结构、特征及其功效进行详细说明。
请参阅图3、图4、图5所示，分别是本实用新型较佳实施例的多层结构单元的剖视图、本实用新型较佳实施例的多层结构单元在压纹作业状态的剖视图及本实用新型较佳实施例的压纹卡片的剖视图。本实用新型较佳实施例的压纹卡片，包含一基材31，以及依序贴合于该基材31上的一聚合物层32、一发泡层33、一不织布层34、一聚合物层35、一印刷层36与一薄膜37。其中，该薄膜36、该印刷层36、该些聚合物层35、32、该发泡层33一并压制形成有形状相对应的凹凸图案。
更为详言之，本实用新型较佳实施例的压纹卡片，如图3所示，是先备置一基材31，此基材31为一由聚苯乙烯(Polystyrene，简称PS)材料所制成的片体，并在基材31一表面设置一聚合物层32，此聚合物层32可以由乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate copolymer，简称EVA)材料所构成，EVA材料的特性是常温下为固体，高温时变为流动性良好的液体，凝固速度快，因此可选择将液态EVA材料涂布于所述基材31表面上，或是直接将固态EVA材料黏合于所述基材31表面上，在本例中是采后者做法，且此聚合物层32的厚度约为0.4mm。接着并在此聚合物层32上粘合一发泡层33，发泡层33可为选自发泡乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(Foam ethylenevinyl acetate copolymer，简称发泡EVA)、聚氯乙烯(Polyvinylchloride，简称PVC)、聚苯二甲酸乙二醇酯材料(Polythylene terephthalate，简称PET)、热塑性聚胺基甲酸酯(Thermoplastic Polyurcthane，简称TPU)中任一个所制成，厚度约为2mm。之后，在发泡层33上粘合一不织布层34，在不织布层34顶面再粘合一聚合物层35，此聚合物层35也是由EVA材料所构成，厚度约为0.1mm。
最上层的所述聚合物层35顶面并利用油墨印刷图案以构成一印刷层36。待所述印刷层36油墨干燥后，再贴合一薄膜37。如此该基材31至该薄膜37整体即构成一多层结构单元300。
特别说明的是位于最上层的该聚合物层35顶面也可以先贴电镀膜(图未示)，再印刷图案以构成该印刷层36。
如图4、图5所示，再借高周波压纹机由多层结构单元300顶面依图案的设计在适当位置处施以下压作用力，使得多层结构单元300压制形成凹凸图案。利用发泡层33及上、下夹二聚合物层35、32的多层结构，提供良好的可塑性及可挠性，使得压纹作业时，浮凸部份可形成圆弧曲度，且多层结构还可使浮凸部份不会因外力施压而凹陷变形，能提升产品的价值，用于制作近来所流行的球员卡时，更因压纹卡片3上的图案不会变形，而能增加消费者收藏的兴趣。
另外，要特别说明的是，为使压纹卡片3的用途更广泛，如图6所示，可在基材31底面贴合一贴纸38或磁铁片，使得压纹卡片3能随意地粘贴或吸附在任意物件上。

Claims (11)

1、一种压纹卡片，其特征在于其包括：
一基材；以及
依序贴合于该基材上的一聚合物层、一发泡层、一不织布层、一聚合物层、一印刷层与一薄膜；其中，该基材、该薄膜、该印刷层、该些聚合物层、该发泡层一并压制形成有形状相对应的凹凸图案。
2、如权利要求1所述的压纹卡片，其特征在于其中所述的基材是一由聚苯乙烯材料所制成的片体。
3、如权利要求2所述的压纹卡片，其特征在于其中所述的聚合物层均为乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物材料。
4、如权利要求3所述的压纹卡片，其特征在于其中所述的发泡层是选自发泡乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、聚氯乙烯、聚苯二甲酸乙二醇酯材料、热塑性聚胺基甲酸酯中任一个所制成。
5、如权利要求4所述的压纹卡片，其特征在于其中所述的印刷层是由油墨印刷图案而构成。
6、如权利要求5所述的压纹卡片，其特征在于其中所述的薄膜为二轴延伸聚丙烯。
7、如权利要求1所述的压纹卡片，其特征在于其还包括有一位于最上层的该聚合物层顶面与该印刷层之间的电镀膜。
8、如权利要求1所述的压纹卡片，其特征在于其还包括有一贴合于所述基材底面的贴纸或磁铁片。
9、如权利要求1所述的压纹卡片，其特征在于其中所述的发泡层的厚度为2mm。
10、如权利要求8所述的压纹卡片，其特征在于其中所述的位于所述基材与所述发泡层间的所述聚合物层厚度为0.4mm。
11、如权利要求9所述的压纹卡片，其特征在于其中所述的位于所述发泡层与所述印刷层间的所述聚合物层厚度为0.1mm。
