国内现有的MJ7635双端磨床，下料时没有辅助装置，其产品直接掉入料框，容易引起碰伤，还要花费一定时间重新摆料，浪费大量人力。

本实用新型提供了一种磨床下料辅助装置，通过添加V型料道和汽缸推动的推料块，有效解决了产品碰伤问题，且产品排列有序，保证了产品质量，提高了生产效率。

一种磨床下料辅助装置，具有V型料道，V型料道上方安装有竖直的下料道，V型料道一端安装有汽缸，汽缸的活塞杆上固定连接有推料块，推料块朝向下料道出口位置，所述V型料道的两侧设有挡板，所述挡板上设有导向轮。

一种磨床下料辅助装置：具有V型料道4，V型料道4上方安装有竖直的下料道2，V型料道4一端安装有汽缸1，汽缸1的活塞杆上固定连接有推料块5，推料块5朝向下料道2出口位置，所述V型料道4的两侧设有挡板6，所述挡板6上设有导向轮7。 
工作时，圆形工件3从下料道2滚下后，汽缸1动作带动推料块5推动圆形工件3沿V型料道4前进一段距离后退回，等待下一个工件滚落，下一个工件滚落到位后重复以上动作将圆形工件3整齐的排列在V型料道内以完成自动排料的工作。
