用于汽车、卡车和其它运输车辆的内部装饰板被设计成既实用又时尚。因此,在设计车辆内部表面时通常使用复杂的轮廓表面。
典型的内部装饰板表面可包括以普通薄壁形成的仪表板、前围挡板或车门板,它们具有多种部件,诸如用于将仪表板与车架连接的安装延伸部、以及用于将各部配件与装饰板连接的孔和/或连接凸台。对于大批量生产的车辆,装饰板通常由具有大致均匀的厚度的、注塑模制的塑料材料制成。均匀的厚度实现了塑料材料的均匀冷却以避免装饰板中的凹陷或其它变形,如果可见表面中的某些部分比其它部分冷却地快,则会发生上述的凹陷或其它变形。诸如夹紧塔(clip tower)的安装延伸部会为板增加厚度,但是其在可见表面上具有很小的外形以使得壁通常不受影响。

在图6中更为详细地示出了根据本实用新型的底切的形成。内部装饰板40具有A类表面41和B类表面42。多个安装延伸部43从表面42沿拉模方向44延伸。A类表面41与底切凸缘一起形成轮廓。更具体地,底切的凸缘表面具有相对于拉模方向44小于90°延伸的指向外侧的法线46。为了形成凸缘表面,肋47从B类表面42以基本与拉模方向44平行的方向延伸。肋47具有肋边缘50,其中肋边缘50与同样充当肋边缘的主壁边缘45间隔开以限定出开口或腔室48。肋边缘45和50与底切的期望的凸缘表面吻合。为提供光滑的、连续的底切表面,柔性表层包裹着肋边缘45和50以使得该柔性表层如下所述悬挂在开口48之上。凸缘表面具有的边缘到边缘的厚度51,大于板40的主壁部分的最大厚度。因此,底切凸缘表面所获得的外观厚度超过实际的制造厚度,而不经历如上关于图4所述的较厚注塑材料的缺点。
图7和图8示出了根据图1至图3的实施例的凸缘表面的可变厚度(即,高度)。因此,具有相对较窄的边缘到边缘宽度的第一凸缘部分55,与具有相对较宽的边缘到边缘宽度的第二凸缘部分56结合为一体。所示的肋47水平延伸,并限定出凸缘表面的较低边缘。随着凸缘的边缘到边缘宽度的增加,肋47逐步地远离凸缘表面的上边缘57。为了完全支撑柔性表层,增添了在边缘肋47和57之间延伸的多个横肋60,以使得连续的横肋60限定出相应的口型孔61。每个横肋60和口型孔61均与凸缘表面吻合,以便于当柔性表层悬挂在肋和口型孔之上时,获得所需的底切。
图9示出了图7中线9-9所表示的截面图。在图9中,柔性表层62覆盖或结合至板40,以便于柔性表层62悬挂在口型孔61之上。柔性表层62可由乙烯片或皮革片制成并如本领域技术人员所知的被连接(例如,粘结)。通常使用手动将柔性表层裹覆到基板上,并且通常实施加热以使表层与基板形状吻合。表层62在63处结合到B类表面上并沿着B类表面的其他部分,从而沿着凸缘表面产生由肋边缘所确定的平滑的底切表面。为了避免悬挂在孔61处的表层62由于压力引起的变形,在肋结构中远离口型孔61的位置处配备有一个或多个通风孔64,其可以引导空气进入或离开腔室以便于均衡表层62的压力。如图8所示,相应的通风孔64可优选设置在每个连续的横肋60之间,以使横肋之间的任何腔室没有被密封。
如图8和图10所示,横肋60优选地基本对角地被定位至边缘47和57。优选地,每个横肋60以大约45°的角度相交于边缘47和57。因此通过使用与安装延伸部相同的拉模方向每个肋可容易地形成,同时还可避免柔性表层的较大区域未被支撑。肋可优选地以最小大约10mm的间距间隔开。
图11示出了使用柔性表层62之后的乘客部分10。表层62沿着成形凸缘表面63从A类侧折叠至B类侧,并且表层62结合至B类侧。底切凸缘表面与由固体注塑成型材料形成的凸缘没有区别。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于车辆内部的塑料模制的内部装饰板部件,其特征在于,包括:
基板,具有面向所述内部的A类轮廓表面和限定出所述基板的最大板厚的B类后表面,其中所述基板具有从所述B类后表面沿拉模方向延伸的多个安装延伸部;以及
柔性表层,裹覆所述A类轮廓表面并结合至所述B类后表面;
其中,所述A类轮廓表面包括凸缘表面,所述凸缘表面具有相对于所述拉模方向小于90°地延伸的指向外侧的法线,并且所述凸缘表面具有的边缘到边缘宽度大于所述最大板厚;
其中,所述基板包括平行于所述拉模方向的多个肋,所述肋具有限定出至少一个口型孔的肋边缘,所述肋边缘和所述口型孔与所述凸缘表面吻合,并且所述柔性表层悬挂在所述口型孔上并倚靠着所述肋边缘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装饰板部件,其特征在于,所述多个肋包括:
第一边缘肋和第二边缘肋,所述第一边缘肋和第二边缘肋限定出所述凸缘表面的所述边缘到边缘宽度;以及
多个横肋,每个横肋在所述第一边缘肋和所述第二边缘肋之间延伸,连续的横肋限定出相应的所述口型孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装饰板部件,其特征在于,每个所述横肋以45°的角度与所述第一边缘肋和第二边缘肋相交。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装饰板部件,其特征在于,至少一个肋包括通风孔,所述通风孔远离所述口型孔用于均衡悬挂在所述口型孔之上的所述柔性表层上的压力。
5.根据权利要求1所述的装饰板部件,其特征在于,所述柔性表层由乙烯片制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的装饰板部件,其特征在于,所述柔性表层由皮革片制成。
