Abstract

一种气动自动卡盘，在卡盘外圆上套有动环，动环外套有拉环，拉环一侧连接摆杆，摆杆外端轴连接在固定铰链座上，拉环另一侧连接摆动杆，摆动杆外端与滑动铰链滑动连接，滑动铰链一侧与连接件轴连接，连接件连接气缸活塞杆端部，气缸活塞杆中间部位穿在导向件的孔内，拉环内装有拨动销，动环外圈装有拨动块，拨动销与拨动块靠近配合动作；在卡盘上的缩紧卡块的旋轴上装有齿轮，在动环内圈装有齿条，齿轮和齿条啮合。本气动自动卡盘由普通卡盘改进的。结构简单，成本低仅需对原有卡盘改造即可实现自动化。不易损坏，便于维护保养。为自动化改造提供前提条件实现无人机操作。

本实用新型属于机械加工机床的卡盘,特别涉及一种普通卡盘改进为气动自动卡盘。
背景技术
机械加工机床的手动卡盘效率低，液压卡盘需单独配液压站，结构复杂，不利于维修保养，成本很高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种气动自动卡盘。结构简单，易于维修保养，成本低。
本实用新型的技术方案是：
一种气动自动卡盘，其特征在于：在卡盘外圆上套有动环，动环外套有拉环，拉环一侧连接摆杆，摆杆外端轴连接在固定铰链座上，拉环另一侧连接摆动杆，摆动杆外端与滑动铰链滑动连接，滑动铰链一侧与连接件轴连接，连接件连接气缸活塞杆端部，气缸活塞杆中间部位穿在导向件的孔内，拉环内装有拨动销，动环外圈装有拨动块，拨动销与拨动块靠近配合动作；在卡盘上的缩紧卡块的旋轴上装有齿轮，在动环内圈装有齿条，齿轮和齿条啮合。
本实用新型效果是：
本气动自动卡盘由普通卡盘改进的。结构简单，成本低仅需对原有卡盘改造即可实现自动化。不易损坏，便于维护保养。为自动化改造提供前提条件实现无人机操作。
利用本气动自动卡盘可以经济快速实现自动夹紧松开工件，其优于弹性夹头，不同的工件无需更换夹头，夹持范围较大，优于液压夹盘，可节省液压，可为实现自动化上下件创造先决条件（气缸指令与数控面板连接可实现数字控制）。

具体实施方式
如图所示的是由普通卡盘改进的气动自动卡盘，本气动自动卡盘结构是，在卡盘外圆上套有动环，动环外套有拉环，拉环一侧连接摆杆，摆杆外端轴连接在固定铰链座上，拉环另一侧连接摆动杆，摆动杆外端与滑动铰链滑动连接，滑动铰链一侧与连接件轴连接，连接件连接气缸活塞杆端部，气缸活塞杆中间部位穿在导向件的孔内，拉环内装有拨动销，动环外圈装有拨动块，拨动销与拨动块靠近配合动作；在卡盘上的缩紧卡块的旋轴上装有齿轮，在动环内圈装有齿条，齿轮和齿条啮合。
动作原理：通过图中气缸杆推拉摆动杆7，带动拉环6，拉环内拨动销11拨动块12带动动环1，动环内设有齿条4，齿条4与齿轮2啮合，齿条在动环的带动的轴向往复运动，变为卡盘扳手孔内的方轴齿轮的旋转运动，从而达到了自动夹紧放松工件的动作。
利用以上简易装置可以经济快速实现自动夹紧松开工件，其优于弹性夹头，不同的工件无需更换夹头，夹持范围较大，优于液压夹盘，可节省液压，可为实现自动化上下件创造先决条件（气缸指令与数控面板连接可实现数字控制）。
