本实用新型公开了一种冷冻除盐设备,包括罐体、设于罐体上端的进料管、与罐体下端相连的出料管,其特征在于在罐体内还设有不锈钢盘管,盘管的两端分别穿过罐体并呈高低设置;在出料管上方的罐体内通过支撑杆设有挡板,挡板与出料管呈间隙设置,在罐体底部还设有排污阀。本实用新型具有冷冻快、防堵塞、除盐彻底的优点。

技术领域
   本实用新型涉及一种除盐设备,特别是采用冷冻除盐的设备。
背景技术
在化工行业,常需对反应年后获得的产物进行冷冻除盐,如除去季胺盐,达到脱色、降杂的目的;现有的冷冻除盐设备,常采用搪瓷反应釜,在夹套内通入冷去水,冬天气温低,温度还可以控制在几度,但夏天就不实用了,因为冷冻机出水温度就在几度了,在经管道到反应釜夹套,温度就高了,冷冻效果大打折扣了,起不了冷冻除盐脱色、除杂的目的;而且,由于盐结晶沉淀在反应釜的底部,经常将反应釜出料口堵死,操作十分不便,导致物料泄漏。
实用新型内容
 本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术存在的上述不足,提供一种冷冻除盐设备,它具有冷冻快、防堵塞、除盐彻底的优点。 
为达到上述目的,本实用新型的冷冻除盐设备,包括罐体、设于罐体上端的进料管、与罐体下端相连的出料管,其特征在于在罐体内还设有不锈钢盘管,盘管的两端分别穿过罐体并呈高低设置;在出料管上方的罐体内通过支撑杆设有挡板,挡板与出料管呈间隙设置,在罐体底部还设有排污阀。
使用时,物料由进料管泵入罐体内,冷冻水由盘管的下口进,在管内流动,由盘管上口流出,采用了不锈钢材质,换热效果好,冷冻快,效率高,物料含有的盐经低温结晶析出,绝大部分沉淀在挡板上,避免了盐分堵塞出料管的问题,物料由罐体底部的出料管排出,罐体的盐份,定期由底部的排污阀排出。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,在罐体上端设有排气口;便于将物料通入;
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,在罐体上端设有温度计插孔,插孔内设有温度计;可检测物料的温度;
综上所述,本实用新型具有冷冻快、防堵塞、除盐彻底、温度可控的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。
如图1和图2所示,该冷冻除盐设备,包括罐体1、设于罐体上端的进料管2、温度计插孔3和排气口4、与罐体下端相连的出料管5,插孔3内设有温度计6,在罐体1内还设有不锈钢盘管7,盘管7的两端分别穿过罐体1并呈高低设置;在出料管5上方的罐体1内通过四根支撑杆8设有挡板9,挡板9与出料管5呈间隙设置,在罐体底部还设有排污阀10。
使用时,物料由进料管2泵入罐体1内,冷冻水由盘管7的下口进,在管内流动,由盘管上口流出,采用了不锈钢材质,换热效果好,冷冻快,效率高,物料含有的盐经低温结晶析出,绝大部分沉淀在挡板9上,避免了盐分堵塞出料管5的问题,物料由罐体1底部的出料管5排出,罐体1的盐份,定期由底部的排污阀10排出。

1.一种冷冻除盐设备,包括罐体、设于罐体上端的进料管、与罐体下端相连的出料管,其特征在于在罐体内还设有不锈钢盘管,盘管的两端分别穿过罐体并呈高低设置;在出料管上方的罐体内通过支撑杆设有挡板,挡板与出料管呈间隙设置,在罐体底部还设有排污阀。
2.如权利要求1所述的冷冻除盐设备,其特征在于在罐体上端设有排气口。
3. 如权利要求1或2所述的冷冻除盐设备,其特征在于在罐体上端设有温度计插孔,插孔内设有温度计。
