本实用新型涉及一种冷凝结晶器，属于金属冶炼加工的专用设备。主要用于金属溶液温度冷却的控制。其技术方案是在冷却水箱(1)的顶面设置有一组上进水管(2)，下面设置有一组下出水管(3)，在冷却水箱的中部设有金属液流出口(4)。本实用新型可用于金属溶液温度冷却控制。

一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种结晶器，具体地是一种冷凝结晶器。
二、背景技术
各种金属溶液形成结晶时均需要有不同的温度控制，否则达不到相关的具体要求，结晶体就会不合格，形成次品。
目前，冷凝的方式方法也比较多，如风冷，产生冷风对物质进行冷却；如水冷，有的直接注水冷却，有的靠水循环冷却。但均有一些特殊的要求难以满足和实现。如金属溶液流动过程中，温度的合理保持，冷却能力的保证和调控，等等均是要解决的技术问题。
本实用新型即是通过多管组合，定量调控，实现冷凝结晶控制的器具。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的就是提供一种能够调控的冷凝结晶器。
实现本实用新型的技术方案是这样的：在冷却水箱1的顶面设置有一组上进水管2，下面设置有一组下出水管3，在冷却水箱的中部设有金属液流出口4。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：成组的进出水管能够方便的控制冷却水量，从而简化温度的调控能力，确保各段结晶温度的控制。各管进出水量宜可控制，使得全局温度控制可进一步明确掌控，保证结晶品质达到要求，减少次品率。

下面结合本实用新型的附图，进一步详细说明其具体实施方式。
实施例：冷凝结晶器
具体结构为在冷却水箱1的顶面设置有一组上进水管2，下面设置有一组下出水管3，在冷却水箱的中部设有金属液流出口4。
各进出水管上可安装电磁控制阀，对进出水量进行独立控制，实现对全程段温度的调控。

1.冷凝结晶器，构成有冷却水箱(1)，上进水管(2)，下出水管(3)，其特征是：在冷却水箱(1)的顶面设置有一组上进水管(2)，下面设置有一组下出水管(3)，在冷却水箱的中部设有金属液流出口(4)。
