本实用新型涉及一种挤压模具,特别涉及一种结构改进的挤压模具用下模。
背景技术
各种型材成型都通过挤压模具来实现,一般挤压模具由上模和下模组成,上模上设有导流板和芯头,材料经过导流板上的导流孔进行分流后进入模具内,然后流入焊合室,进入焊合室后聚流,然后再进入由芯头和成型孔形成的成型空间内进行挤压成型,最终从出料孔排出,目前常见的焊合室都是一层结构,材料经一次聚流直接进入成型孔内成型,其不利于材料成型,成型的材料内部结构疏松,这样就影响了产品的成型速度和成型品质,造成产品表面粗糙、成型困难,成型产品强度低。

为了克服上述缺陷,本实用新型提供了一种结构改进的挤压模具用下模,该结构改进的挤压模具用下模对进入焊合室的材料分步逐渐聚拢,能有效提高产品强度。
本实用新型为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种结构改进的挤压模具用下模,包括焊合室、成型孔和出料孔,所述焊合室、成型孔和出料孔自上而下依次连通,且成型孔与产品形状一致,所述焊合室由至少两级分焊合室组成,各级分焊合室呈直径渐缩的阶梯状排列状态。

作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述靠近成型孔的两级分焊合室截面形状与成型孔截面形状对应。

实施例:一种结构改进的挤压模具用下模,包括焊合室1、成型孔2和出料孔3,所述焊合室1、成型孔2和出料孔3自上而下依次连通,且成型孔2与产品形状一致,所述焊合室1由至少两级分焊合室1组成,各级分焊合室1呈直径渐缩的阶梯状排列状态,该结构是进入焊合室1的材料逐渐收缩进入成型孔2,便于产品成型,提高了产品表面光洁度和其内部强度。
所述焊合室1由三级分焊合室1组成。
所述靠近成型孔2的两级分焊合室1截面形状与成型孔2截面形状对应。

1.一种结构改进的挤压模具用下模,包括焊合室(1)、成型孔(2)和出料孔(3),所述焊合室(1)、成型孔(2)和出料孔(3)自上而下依次连通,且成型孔(2)与产品形状一致,其特征在于:所述焊合室(1)由至少两级分焊合室(1)组成,各级分焊合室(1)呈直径渐缩的阶梯状排列状态。
