背景技术
目前载重汽车和矿山机械用的轮胎都是斜交轮胎,这种斜交轮胎的径向变形大,冠部刚性差,从而使轮胎的耐磨性和耐扎性能降低,也会增加轮胎的滚动阻力。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种内带束载重汽车轮胎。这种轮胎不仅能保持轮胎外缘尺寸的稳定性,减少轮胎的压缩变形,提高轮胎的使用寿命;而且能提高轮胎的胎面刚性,减小轮胎的变形,降低轮胎的磨耗。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是:
一种内带束载重汽车轮胎,包括斜交轮胎,与现有技术不同的是:在轮胎气密层胶和胎体帘线之间设有内带束层结构。
所述的内带束层结构为2-12层。
本实用新型的优点是:此种轮胎是在原斜交轮胎的基础上,在气密层胶和胎体帘线之间加2-12层的内带束结构。利用沿轮胎周向胎冠角度0~30°内带束层帘布层的作用,一是保持轮胎外缘尺寸的稳定性,减小轮胎的压缩变形,提高轮胎的使用寿命;二是提高轮胎的胎面刚性,减小轮胎的变形,降低轮胎的磨耗。

具体实施方式
一种内带束载重汽车轮胎,是在轮胎气密层胶5和胎体帘线3之间设有内带束层结构4。
其制造方法是:先将胎体层3、缓冲层2和胎面胶1在一段成型机上依次贴合好传递到二段成型鼓上,缓慢充气并调节两卡盘间距,使之符合施工表的要求,取下后备用。然后将内带束层按照设计的角度0~30°裁断,贴合在二段成型机头的气密层胶5之上,最后将内带束层中心线与胎体帘线3的中心线贴合在一起,使之重合。
