一种蓄电池包板工装,涉及蓄电池。目前,蓄电池生产过程中,蓄电池用极板的包板采用的方法一般是:1、采用手工半自动包板机,但是该种包板机只适用于小型号极板组成的助力车蓄电池单体的包封;2、采用全自动包板机,但是国内产机器包板成的蓄电池单体不整齐。一种蓄电池包板工装,其特征在于工装主体由顶板、护板和底板组成,顶板和护板的底部与底板相邻的三条边框相连接,其中,顶板上有配合极板极耳的矩形纵向极耳凹槽,护板的外侧底部各有一个固定折页,底板在工装开口方向的尾部有弧形凹口。有益效果是:具有适用与较大型号极板蓄电池单体的包板、包板成的单体整齐的特点。

本实用新型涉及蓄电池,更具体的为一种蓄电池包板工装。 
背景技术
目前,蓄电池生产过程中,蓄电池用极板的包板采用的方法一般是:1、采用手工半自动包板机,但是该种包板机只适用于小型号极板组成的助力车蓄电池单体的包封;2、采用全自动包板机,但是国内产机器包板成的蓄电池单体不整齐。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种蓄电池包板工装,具有适用与较大型号极板蓄电池单体的包板、包板成的单体整齐的特点。 
本实用新型是通过如下方式实现的:一种蓄电池包板工装,其特征在于工装主体由顶板、护板和底板组成,顶板和护板的底部与底板相邻的三条边框相连接,其中,顶板上有配合极板极耳的矩形纵向极耳凹槽,护板的外侧底部各有一个固定折页,底板在工装开口方向的尾部有弧形凹口。工装利用顶板上的极耳凹槽固定极板,利用顶板和护板提高单体隔板边缘的整齐度,使蓄电池单体整齐。操作时,将蓄电池包板工装安放到工作台上,用螺栓通过固定折页的螺栓孔将蓄电池包板工装固定在工作台上,在工作台一旁轻磕负极板,拿起负极板,将负极板极耳插入到顶板上的极耳凹槽内,然后向下滑动到底部的底板,再拿起一片裁剪后的隔板(或定制的隔板)放置到负极板上面,保持隔板接触到顶板和护板,保持隔板四周边缘稍露出负极板,拿起一片正极板在在工作台一旁轻磕,将正极板极耳插入到顶板上的极耳凹槽内,然后向下滑动到接触隔板,随后再将隔板放置到正极板上面,接着连续操作,保证正极板和负极板依次相隔放置,直到包板完成时,保证最上面一片为负极板,随后从凹口处捏住包板完成的蓄电池单体,用塑料PP膜包住蓄电池单体两侧,装填到模具中即可。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型一种蓄电池包板工装,具有适用与较大型号极板蓄电池单体的包板、包板成的单体整齐的特点。

具体实施方式
操作时,首先将图1蓄电池包板工装安放到工作台上,用螺栓通过6固定折页的7螺栓孔将图1蓄电池包板工装固定在工作台上,在工作台一旁轻磕图2蓄电池单体包板用极板、隔板摆放示意图中的12负极板,拿起的12负极板,将12负极板极耳插入到1顶板上的3极耳凹槽内,然后向下滑动到底部的4底板,再拿起一片裁剪后的10隔板(或定制的10隔板)放置到12负极板上面,保持10隔板接触到1顶板和2护板,保持10隔板四周边缘稍露出12负极板,拿起一片11正极板在在工作台一旁轻磕,将11正极板极耳插入到1顶板上的3极耳凹槽内,然后向下滑动到接触10隔板,随后再将10隔板放置到11正极板上面,接着连续操作,保证11正极板和12负极板依次相隔放置,直到包板完成时,保证最上面一片为12负极板,随后从5凹口处捏住包板完成的蓄电池单体,用塑料PP膜包住蓄电池单体两侧,装填到模具中即可。

1.一种蓄电池包板工装,其特征在于,工装主体由顶板、护板和底板组成,顶板和护板的底部与底板相邻的三条边框相连接,其中,顶板上有配合极板极耳的矩形纵向极耳凹槽,护板的外侧底部各有一个固定折页,底板在工装开口方向的尾部有弧形凹口。
