本实用新型涉及模具中行位设计的技术领域,具体为行位内顶装置。 
背景技术
产品成型后脱模,由于其内侧设置有卡扣,分模时卡扣处无法强脱,现有技术采用了斜销10上有凹形斜面4与滑块9上的斜孔5的斜面配合,滑块9运动时,斜销10上凹形斜面4挤压滑块9,从而使滑块9产生位移,带动滑块镶件2将产品1的卡扣处脱离扣位。见图1,图1中:3为螺栓、6为下模、7为推模板、8为上模。这种结构较为复杂,给加工及装配带来难度。 
发明内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型提供了行位内顶装置,能够在分模时将产品卡扣脱离扣位,并且结构简单。 
其技术方案是这样的,其包括滑块,所述滑块安装于上模、下模之间,所述滑块安装有滑块镶件,其特征在于:在所述滑块上设置有凹轮槽,所述上模连接有倒凸轮,所述倒凸轮与所述凹轮槽相配合。 
本发明采用上述结构后,滑块上设置有凹轮槽,上模连接有倒凸轮,倒凸轮与凹轮槽相配合,这样,当分模时,上模分开随之带动倒凸轮,而倒凸轮运动时其凸起部对滑块能起到挤压作用,使滑块产生位移,从而带动滑块镶件将产品的卡扣处脱离扣位,继续把产品顶出,并且结构简单。

具体实施方式
见图2,本实用新型包括滑块7,滑块7安装于上模4、下模8之间,滑块7安装有滑块镶件2,滑块镶件2通过螺栓3安装于滑块7,在滑块7上设置有凹轮槽6,上模4连接有倒凸轮5,倒凸轮5与凹轮槽6相配合,图2中1为产品。分模后,上模4分开,带动倒凸轮5运动,而倒凸轮5运动时其大头凸起部对滑块7能起到挤压作用,使滑块7向内侧产生位移,滑块7带动滑块7上的滑块镶件2向内侧运动,挤压产品1,使产品1的卡扣处强行脱扣,继续分模时把产品1顶出,完成倒扣脱模。
