本实用新型涉及模具中行位设计的技术领域，具体为行位内顶装置。
背景技术
产品成型后脱模，由于其内侧设置有卡扣，分模时卡扣处无法强脱，现有技术采用了斜销10上有凹形斜面4与滑块9上的斜孔5的斜面配合，滑块9运动时，斜销10上凹形斜面4挤压滑块9，从而使滑块9产生位移，带动滑块镶件2将产品1的卡扣处脱离扣位。见图1，图1中：3为螺栓、6为下模、7为推模板、8为上模。这种结构较为复杂，给加工及装配带来难度。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本实用新型提供了行位内顶装置，能够在分模时将产品卡扣脱离扣位，并且结构简单。
其技术方案是这样的，其包括滑块，所述滑块安装于上模、下模之间，所述滑块安装有滑块镶件，其特征在于：在所述滑块上设置有凹轮槽，所述上模连接有倒凸轮，所述倒凸轮与所述凹轮槽相配合。
本发明采用上述结构后，滑块上设置有凹轮槽，上模连接有倒凸轮，倒凸轮与凹轮槽相配合，这样，当分模时，上模分开随之带动倒凸轮，而倒凸轮运动时其凸起部对滑块能起到挤压作用，使滑块产生位移，从而带动滑块镶件将产品的卡扣处脱离扣位，继续把产品顶出，并且结构简单。

具体实施方式
见图2，本实用新型包括滑块7，滑块7安装于上模4、下模8之间，滑块7安装有滑块镶件2，滑块镶件2通过螺栓3安装于滑块7，在滑块7上设置有凹轮槽6，上模4连接有倒凸轮5，倒凸轮5与凹轮槽6相配合，图2中1为产品。分模后，上模4分开，带动倒凸轮5运动，而倒凸轮5运动时其大头凸起部对滑块7能起到挤压作用，使滑块7向内侧产生位移，滑块7带动滑块7上的滑块镶件2向内侧运动，挤压产品1，使产品1的卡扣处强行脱扣，继续分模时把产品1顶出，完成倒扣脱模。

1.行位内顶装置，其包括滑块，所述滑块安装于上模、下模之间，所述滑块安装有滑块镶件，其特征在于：在所述滑块上设置有凹轮槽，所述上模连接有倒凸轮，所述倒凸轮与所述凹轮槽相配合。
