产品的内侧设置有卡扣，分模时卡扣处无法强脱，因为卡扣与产品其他位置距离太近，也无法使用斜顶来进行顶出。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本实用新型提供了一种行位内顶结构，可以在分模时把卡扣脱离扣位，把产品完整地顶出。
其技术方案是这样的：一种行位内顶结构，其包括滑块、斜销、上模、下模和推板模，所述斜销通过斜孔穿过滑块固定安装在下模上，其特征在于：所述滑块安装有滑块镶件，所述斜销呈凹形斜面，所述斜销上有凹形斜面与所述滑块上的斜孔的斜面配合。 
本发明的上述结构中，由于采用了斜销上有凹形斜面与所述滑块上的斜孔的斜面配合，滑块运动时斜销上有凹形斜面挤压滑块，从而使滑块产生位移，带动滑块镶件把产品的卡扣处脱离扣位，继续把产品顶出，实现带卡口产品的方便脱模。

见图1，本实用新型行位内顶结构包括上模8、下模6、推板模7和滑块9、，斜销10固定安装在下模6上，滑块9上安装有滑块镶件2，滑块9上有斜孔5，斜销10插入滑块上的斜孔5中，斜销上有凹形斜面4与滑块上的斜孔的斜面配合，开模后，上模8分开，带动滑块9运动，由于斜销上有凹形斜面4的作用，挤压滑块9向里运动，滑块9带动滑块上的镶件2向里运动，挤压产品1，使产品卡扣处强行脱扣，继续分模时把产品1顶出，完成倒扣脱模。
