[0002] 现有的锁芯压铸模的顶出机构见图1,在分模时顶针1直接把锁芯2顶出,由于锁 芯在成型过程中,产品两侧面完全在滑块中,只有一小段在后模中,而且滑块比较高,顶出 距离比较长,顶出时产品容易掉在滑块中,碰伤滑块。
发明内容
[0003] 针对上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种锁芯压铸模的顶出机构,先把整个产品稳 定地顶出滑块面后,再把产品顶出,从而防止产品掉落在滑块中。
[0004] 其技术方案是这样的:一种锁芯压铸模的顶出机构,其包括滑块、顶针板、顶针,所 述顶针固定在顶针板上,所述顶针位于所述滑块下端,其特征在于:所述顶针板包括上顶针 板和下顶针板,所述上顶针板和下顶针板之间通过导柱、螺栓和弹簧活动连接,所述上顶针 板上安装有推管,所述顶针穿过所述推管安装在所述下顶针板上。
[0005] 本实用新型的上述结构中,由于采用了推管和上、下顶针板,通过弹簧的压力上、 下顶针板分别带动顶针和推管同时顶出,把产品顶出滑块面后,上顶针板停止顶出,下顶针 板通过导柱,压缩弹簧带动顶针继续顶出,把产品顶落,这样不会让产品掉在滑块中,损伤 滑块。

具体实施方式
[0008] 见图2,本实用新型包括滑块1、上顶针板2、下顶针板7、顶针6,上顶针板2和下顶 针板7之间通过导柱3、螺栓9和弹簧8活动连接,上顶针板2上安装有推管4,顶针6穿过 推管4安装在下顶针板7上,下顶针板7顶出时,下顶针板7通过导柱3、弹簧8推动上顶针 板2与下顶针板同时运动,上顶针板2和下顶针板7分别带动推管4和顶针6同时运动,把 产品5稳定的顶出滑块面,这时上顶针板2停止运动,下顶针板7压缩弹簧8继续推动顶针 运动,把产品5顶落,由于通过推管和顶针把产品同时顶出滑块面,使产品稳定地顶出滑块 面,不会使产品掉落到滑块中,损伤滑块。
