 现有的蓄电池极柱与上盖密封结构主要有两大类,一类为O型圈结构的纯机械密封结构,一种为铅衬套焊接密封结构。这两种结构密封不严密,蓄电池在使用过程中,特别是卧放使用过程中,极柱与上盖配合部位往往出现爬酸现象,使蓄电池寿命提前结束。

本实用新型的技术方案是:铅酸蓄电池极柱多重密封结构,包括极柱、铅衬套和上盖,其改进之处是所述极柱的上部与嵌入上盖的铅衬套焊接,焊接部位外围填充密封胶,极柱下部有环状凸台,该凸台与上盖极柱安装孔下端面之间设有橡胶密封圈。
