背景技术
现有蓄电池端盖采用注塑方法制造,在端盖上预留有供电极柱伸出的圆孔,密封时,在铅极柱与塑料盖之间加环形橡胶圈,再填充环氧树脂,采用这种塑料端盖往往由于材料的处理及材料性质上的差异造成密封性能随工作时间增加而迅速下降,导致电池液的渗漏发生。

为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种蓄电池电极套。
本实用新型采用如下的技术方案:一种蓄电池电极套,其嵌在端盖上预留的供电极柱伸出的圆孔内径中,电极套中间设有容纳电池电极柱的内孔,电极套与电极以焊接的方式连接,电极套与蓄电池端盖连接处设有螺纹。
优选地,所述电极套与电极柱都是铅合金。
本实用新型电极套与电极柱材料相同,密封性能好;电极套与蓄电池端盖连接处设有螺纹,可以防止电极套脱落,杜绝电解液从结合部渗出。
