Abstract

本发明提供一种铅酸蓄电池多重密封结构,包括极柱、铅衬套和上盖,极柱下部有一环状凸台,凸台与上盖的极柱安装孔下端面之间设有橡胶密封圈,极柱上部与铅衬套焊接,焊接后填充密封胶,多重密封结构有效避免了电池使用期间极柱的漏酸、腐蚀和毛细爬酸现象,延长了电池的使用寿命。

本发明涉及铅酸蓄电池极柱与上盖的密封连接结构,特别是铅酸蓄电池极柱多重密封结构。
背景技术
 现有的蓄电池极柱与上盖密封结构主要有两大类,一类为O型圈结构的纯机械密封结构,一种为铅衬套焊接密封结构。这两种结构密封不严密,蓄电池在使用过程中,特别是卧放使用过程中,极柱与上盖配合部位往往出现爬酸现象,使蓄电池寿命提前结束。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种密封效果好、延长电池使用寿命的铅酸蓄电池极柱多重密封结构。
本发明的技术方案是:铅酸蓄电池极柱多重密封结构,包括极柱、铅衬套和上盖,其改进之处是所述极柱的上部与嵌入上盖的铅衬套焊接,焊接部位外围填充密封胶,极柱下部有环状凸台,该凸台与上盖极柱安装孔下端面之间设有橡胶密封圈。
所述凸台与橡胶密封圈之间有塑料垫片,该塑料垫片与橡胶密封圈接触的表面有环状凸起;所述上盖极柱安装孔下端面有环状凸起。
本发明中,蓄电池极柱通过与铅衬套焊接,填充密封胶以及增加橡胶密封圈,形成多重密封结构,大大增强密封效果,有效避免电池使用过程中极柱的漏酸、腐蚀和毛细爬酸现象,从而延长电池使用寿命。

1.一种铅酸蓄电池极柱多重密封结构,包括极柱、铅衬套和上盖,其特征是所述极柱的上部与嵌入上盖的铅衬套焊接,焊接部位外围填充密封胶,极柱下部有环状凸台,该凸台与上盖极柱安装孔下端面之间设有橡胶密封圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铅酸蓄电池极柱多重密封结构,其特征在于:所述凸台与橡胶密封圈之间有塑料垫片,该塑料垫片与橡胶密封圈接触的表面有环状凸起。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铅酸蓄电池极柱多重密封结构,其特征在于:所述上盖极柱安装孔下端面有环状凸起。
