本实用新型涉及托辊技术领域,特别涉及一种具备后密封圈结构的托辊。
背景技术
在传统托辊设计中,大都采用轴承外侧设置密封圈结构,以此达到阻止灰尘进入,提高润滑性能,但是此种设计没有考虑轴承内侧的密封,此缺陷的存在使得轴承的密封效果不够理想,常常造成轴承因进灰等原因卡死,使得托辊不转动,造成皮带机设备故障。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种具备后密封圈结构的托辊,可以有效防止托辊在工作中发生卡死现象。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种具备后密封圈结构的托辊,包括管子、轴承室、轴用挡圈、轴和密封圈,所述的轴承室的外缘与管子内壁连接,滚动轴承设置在轴承室内部,滚动轴承外侧设置有密封圈,密封圈的外侧设置有垫片,垫片的外侧设置有轴用挡圈,轴用挡圈、轴承室和管子固定连接成一体,其特征在于,所述滚动轴承内侧还设置有后密封圈,所述后密封圈设置在轴承室与滚动轴承内侧之间。
所述的密封圈为迷宫型塑料密封圈。
所述的后密封圈为迷宫形塑料密封圈。
本实用新型的积极效果在于:本实用新型的托辊结构合理,强度高,密封性能好,使用寿命长、维护方便。

参照图1,本实用新型优选实施例的一种具备后密封圈结构的托辊,包括管子1、轴承室2、轴用挡圈3、轴4和密封圈5,所述的轴承室2的外缘与管子1内壁连接,滚动轴承6设置在轴承室2内部,滚动轴承6外侧设置有密封圈5,密封圈5的外侧设置有垫片7,垫片7的外侧设置有轴用挡圈3,轴用挡圈3、轴承室2和管子1固定连接成一体,所述滚动轴承内侧还设置有后密封圈8,所述后密封圈设置在轴承室2与滚动轴承6内侧之间。所述的密封圈5为聚氨酯轴向双层密封圈。所述的后密封圈8为迷宫形塑料密封圈。
在托辊工作时,由于滚动轴承6的外侧和内侧分别设置有密封圈5和后密封圈8,此双密封前后保护的特殊结构设计,可以有效保护滚动轴承6内部不进杂质,保持良好的润滑性能,提高托辊的使用寿命。
