本实用新型涉及汽车同步器齿套外齿倒角专用刀具的改进,特别是一种同步器齿套外齿倒角刀。
背景技术
汽车同步器齿套外齿倒角的加工,通常使用YW9332D数控倒角机来加工齿套外齿端面圆弧角,倒角时由四刃指形铣(倒角)刀逐齿加工。
由于使用的指形铣刀(倒角),它由普通的工具磨床磨削,用直径φ24.3mm的圆柱砂轮磨削四个面而形成四个R10的棱线,也就形成指形铣刀切削刃。其缺点主要有:
1、刀刃为负前角,切削阻力大,只能以低进给加工,效率低,每班可加工45件左右;
2、负前角切削,排屑效果很差,所以加工面粗糙度差,超过Ra12.5,达不到产品Ra3.2的要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种同步器齿套外齿倒角刀,以满足加工产品表面粗糙度要求并提高生产效率。
本实用新型技术方案:一种同步器齿套外齿倒角刀,设置为三条切削刃,切削刃前角为0°。
每条切削刃中前刃与后刃夹角为100°,成形刃带半径为10mm(R10)。
改进后的本实用新型既保证刀刃刚性,又减小了切削阻力,改善了排屑效果;经试验产品加工面粗糙度为Ra3.2,能满足产品设计要求;进给量提高后,每班可加工100件产品左右,加工效率提高了120%。

具体实施方式
如附图所示,本实用新型是由四刃改为三刃指形铣刀(倒角),其是在五联动数控工具磨床上磨出R10的成形刃带,并磨出0°前角,前后刃间有100°夹角的空间,可以充分排屑。这样在切削时就不会产生铁屑挤伤已加工的齿面,因为采用了0°前角(改进前为负前角),切削力减小,可以采取更高的切削速度(转速),而不会崩刃,也就相当于减小了每齿切削量,提高了刀具寿命和生产效率。
