Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种无模铸造用砂型木箱,主要包括端板、侧板、活动块和固定杆,垂直方向上通过T形槽固定,活动块可移动到侧板的任意位置,通过固定杆固定。木箱可依据产品要求设定不同的尺寸规格,即木箱的高度和长度可依据实际需要调节尺寸,其中,长度可在允许的范围内任意调节,高度可按产品规格要求选取不同的侧板连接。本实用新型具有一箱多用的特点,适用于制作树脂砂、水玻璃砂等自硬砂块,重复利用性能良好,经济性能优异。

  本实用新型涉及一种无模铸造用砂型木箱,属于铸造加工领域。
背景技术
数字化无模铸造成形技术可利用先进的成形设备直接加工树脂砂、水玻璃砂、覆膜砂、石膏等多种材料,取代传统的有模制造,提高生产效率和制造精度,但是制作砂块利用的木箱利用率不高。
当前制作砂块的方式有两种,一种是根据零件的尺寸规格加工木箱,缺点是定制木箱周期长,且整个木箱的生产成本平均价格在两千元人民币左右,木箱在一次利用后处于闲置状态,重复利用率不高;另一种方式对统一制作的大砂块再加工,即依据实际需求切割成小砂块,然后切削成形,这样能够满足任意零件的尺寸要求,但是切割后的剩余部分不容易充分利用,浪费原材料。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种可重复利用并可依据不同尺寸规格要求制定相应砂型的木箱。
本实用新型提供的一种无模铸造用砂型木箱,包括端板(1),侧板(2),加强条(8),活动块(3)。端板(1)、侧板(2)之间用铁钉固定,加强条(8)之间通过螺栓联接,端板(1)和侧板上(2)都有T形固定块(5),其特征在于:活动块(3)上有固定杆(4)和T形固定块(5),固定杆(4)一端固定在活动块(3)上,另一端穿过端板(1)固定在把手(6)上。
为了更好地解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的进一步技术方案:所述活动块(3)可以在两端板(1)之间滑动以改变木箱尺寸,通过活动块(3)和端板(1)之间的螺栓固定,从而保证了木箱内部的平整,所制作的砂块表面平整。所述T形固定块与加强条上的T形槽接触面有限,防止因卡砂、腐蚀等因素引起的变形使得活动块无法插入T形槽,导致使用不方便。
为了更好地解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的进一步技术方案:所述侧板(2)由若干块木板叠加而成,木板周边采用加强条固定,木板之间采用T型固定块(5)锁住。
为了更好地解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的进一步技术方案:所述T形固定块(5)和加强条(8)是实木材质,端板和侧板内部表面无孔无缝隙并涂有保护层,保证砂胚表面平整,端板和侧板腐蚀、磨损后可更换。
本实用新型的优点是:针对无模铸造用砂型,该木箱可依据不同的尺寸制定不同大小的砂块,且木箱可重复利用,即节约了成本同时又提高了无模铸造的工作效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本实用新型的具体内容。
如图1所示的无模铸造用砂型木箱,规格在600mm(宽) ×450mm(高,高度依据需要调节)×1000mm(长,长度依据需要调节),包括端板、侧板、活动块和固定杆,活动块可以停留在侧板的任意位置,通过固定杆固定,垂直方向上通过T形槽固定木箱。木箱可保证树脂砂在舂砂及自硬过程中固定不动,树脂砂自硬过程是重量减轻的过程,随着树脂自硬的过程,树脂砂因重力因素对侧板的压力越来越小,侧板主要受力是砂自身重力和舂砂过程中施加的外力。呋喃树脂在自硬过程中析出的水分易腐烂木板,为了增加本实用新型木箱的耐用性,端板和侧板都可替换。

1.一种无模铸造用砂型木箱,包括端板(1),侧板(2),加强条(8),活动块(3);端板(1)、侧板(2)之间用铁钉固定,加强条(8)之间通过螺栓联接,端板(1)和侧板上(2)都有T形固定块(5),其特征在于:活动块(3)上有固定杆(4)和T形固定块(5),固定杆(4)一端固定在活动块(3)上,另一端穿过端板(1)固定在把手(6)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无模铸造用砂型木箱,其特征在于:所述活动块(3)可以在两端板(1)之间滑动以改变木箱尺寸,通过活动块(3)和端板(1)之间的螺栓固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无模铸造用砂型木箱,其特征在于:所述侧板(2)由若干块木板叠加而成,木板周边采用加强条固定,木板之间采用T型固定块(5)锁住。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种无模铸造用砂型木箱,其特征在于:所述T形固定块(5)和加强条(8)是实木材质,端板和侧板内部表面无孔无缝隙并涂有保护层。
