现有结晶器生产出来的铜带存在裂纹、裂边、表面凹凸不平及铸造线出现拐点的缺陷。分析其原因,主要是热负荷沿垂直铜带运动方向不均匀所引起的。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:本实用新型提供一种生产出来的铸件不存在裂纹、表面十分平整的连铸结晶器。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种连铸结晶器,具有成一体腔结构的上石墨板、下石墨板、左石墨板、右石墨板,上石墨板的上方安装有上铜板,下石墨板的下方安装有下铜板。
进一步地:左石墨板、右石墨板的横截面形状均呈直角形,且倾斜面向外。
本实用新型的有益效果:本实用新型的连铸结晶器生产出来的铸件不存在裂纹、表面十分平整。

如图1所示的一种连铸结晶器,具有成一体腔结构的上石墨板1、下石墨板2、左石墨板5、右石墨板6,上石墨板1的上方安装有上铜板3,下石墨板2的下方安装有下铜板4。
其中左石墨板5、右石墨板6的横截面形状均呈直角形,也可以是其他的现状,且倾斜面向外。

1.一种连铸结晶器,其特征在于:具有成一体腔结构的上石墨板(1)、下石墨板(2)、左石墨板(5)、右石墨板(6),上石墨板(1)的上方安装有上铜板(3),下石墨板(2)的下方安装有下铜板(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连铸结晶器,其特征在于:所述左石墨板(5)、右石墨板(6)的横截面形状均呈直角形,且倾斜面向外。
