背景技术：
目前汽车顶棚产品后风挡位置存在型面弧度设计，但若型面延伸方向较长，装车后随着时间的推移及环境温度湿度的变化，型面会回弹，影响整体外观。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是克服上述已有技术的不足，而提供一种用铝片加强型面的顶棚，主要解决现有的汽车顶棚装车后型面易回弹影响整体外观等问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种用铝片加强型面的顶棚，它包括顶棚型面，其特殊之处在于顶棚型面背层上风挡型面位置设铝片，防止型面回弹，二者之间设胶层，铝片厚0.3mm，铝片压制后造型与顶棚型面一致。
本实用新型所述的一种用铝片加强型面的顶棚与已有技术相比具有如下积极效果： 1、铝片成型后，与基材粘合在一起，不宜变形及脱落，又可增加产品的刚性；2、因操作原因型面变形后，亦可回掰原装；3、操作简单，效果好。

为了更好地理解与实施，下面结合附图给出具体实施例详细说明本实用新型。
实施例1，参见图1、图2，采用0.3mm厚的铝材进行裁剪，裁剪成铝片2，铝片2裁剪尺寸根据顶棚型面起伏，不宜过长，防止铝片2褶皱印到产品正面，裁剪后先将铝片2初步压出顶棚型面形状，铝片2压制后造型与顶棚型面一致，表面喷胶后，放置于模具上的定位槽中，随模压工序一体压出顶棚型面1，铝片2位于顶棚型面1的背层上，与基材粘合在一起，不宜变形及脱落，防止型面回弹。
本实用新型所述的一种用铝片加强型面的顶棚，通过铝片加强保持型面不变，从而有效防止产品型面回弹，影响整体外观。
