技术领域
本发明涉及在显示装置中实现的反馈系统,该显示装置包括安装的光源,该光源的亮度由安装的相机控制,该相机将信息发送到显示装置内的处理器。 
背景技术
已经提供了数字相片框架,其能在计算机控制的显示器上呈现数字照片。这些框架在尺寸和形状上模拟传统的相片框架,但是具有这样的优点:允许使用者快速地连续观看多张照片,而不用翻动硬卷的相册,并允许使用者快速并容易地改变呈现在框架中的图像,而不必拆下框架的背部并更换硬卷照片。

发明内容
在一个实施例中,数字相片框架组件包括框架、由框架限定边界的显示器,并且诸如LED的一个或者多个光源定位成在内部照明框架。提供承载数字静止图像的计算机可读存储介质,并且处理器使来自介质的图像呈现在显示器上。处理器基于由处理器接收到的运动信号和周围光信号来建立框架的照明。 
在一个实施例中,所述框架由边框建立。 
在一个实施例中,所述光源包括与所述边框并置的多个发光二极管。 
在一些实施中,组件能包括运动传感器,该运动传感器与处理器通信,并响应于物体相对于组件的运动将运动信号发送到处理器。处理器响 应于运动信号建立框架的照明。附加地或者可选地,组件能包括光传感器,该光传感器与处理器通信并将表示组件外部的周围光的水平的周围光信号发送到处理器,处理器响应于周围光信号建立框架的照明。处理器可以基于周围光的量渐进控制照明沿着连续性从亮到暗。

在另一实施例中,电子设备具有视频显示器、定位成对显示器前方的空间进行成像的相机以及从相机接收信号并响应于此建立呈现在显示器上的使用者界面的颜色和/或构成显示器框架的边界的颜色的处理器。处理器可以使用来自相机的比色法信息以建立颜色。

在另一方面,电子设备包括视频显示器、构成显示器的框架的边框和定位成在内部照明边框的多个光源。第一光源由第一颜色表征,并且第二光源由第二颜色表征。处理器与光源通信,并且处理器响应于表示第一颜色的第一使用者输入边框颜色选择信号对第一光源而不是第二光源通电。当接收到指定第二颜色的第二使用者输入时,处理器对第二光源而不是第一光源通电。实际上,使用者被给予选择例如在内部照明TV或者其他电子装置的边框的颜色的机会。

具体实施方式
首先,参照图1,数字相片框架组件10包括显示器12和构成显示器12的框架的边框14。显示器12可以是LCD显示器或者任何其他模式的显示屏幕,并且它可以是触摸屏幕显示器。边框14可以由塑料组成;然而,它不限于塑料介质。 
诸如发光二极管(LED)的多个光源16如图所示可以设置在边框14内部,以在处理器18的控制下根据如下所述的原理照射边框14的内部。处理器18访问诸如固态或者盘基存储器并承载数字照片和可由处理器18执行的软件代码的计算机可读介质20。在从诸如例如触摸屏幕显示器的输入装置输入的使用者的控制下,处理器能在显示器12上呈现来自存储介质20的静止数字图像。 
运动传感器22和/或周围光传感器24还可以设置在组件10中,并可以与处理器20通信。运动传感器22产生表示物体(诸如组件10的前方的人)的运动的信号。周围光传感器24产生表示在组件10设置的空间中周围光的水平的信号。 
图2示出了如何响应于组件10设置的空间中的运动而建立边框14的照明。如果在决定菱形框26处检测到阈值以上的运动,则方框28处的处理器可以通过例如减小发送到光源16的电压而使由光源16提供的照明暗淡。或者,处理器可以通过对光源16断电而使感测到运动时的边框照明熄灭。 
另一方面,当尚未感测到阈值以上的运动例如达比阈值更长的时段 时,逻辑可以移动到方框30以通过对断电的光源16通电或者通过增大已经通电的那些光源16的电压而照明边框。 
要理解到,可以使用相反的逻辑,即,当没有感测到运动时,可以降低或者结束边框的照明,当感测到运动时,可以照明边框。换言之,从图2中的决定菱形框26分支的“是”和“否”可以在可选的实施例中相反。 
附加地,如果需要,使用者可以被给予选择照明特征的选项。图3示出了使用者界面34,处理器18可以使该界面呈现在显示器12上,在该使用者界面中,使用者能命令处理器例如当感测到运动时使光源16暗淡,当感测到运动时开启光源,或者当感测到运动时关闭光源。此外,例如,当光源16由不同颜色(例如,红色、绿色和蓝色)的颜色LED组成时,使用者可以被给予选择边框的照明的期望颜色的选项。响应于此,如果使用者选择“红色”,仅仅红光源16在图2的逻辑中被通电。要理解到,图3的使用者界面可以在此处阐述允许使用者限定用来照明各种边框的光的颜色的任何实施例中。 
附加或者代替使用运动建立边框照明,可以使用由光传感器24感测到的组件10周围的周围光水平。转到图4,周围光水平在方框36由光传感器24检测,并发送到处理器18。响应于周围光水平,在方框38,处理器18相应地建立边框14的照明。例如,更亮的周围光能造成发送到光源16的电压增大,而更暗的周围光能造成发送到光源16的电压降低。或者,可以使用相反的范例,例如,更亮的周围光能造成发送到光源16的电压降低,而更暗的周围光能造成发送到光源16的电压增大。 
要理解到,处理器18可以逐渐(约几秒的间隔)使照明变亮,即,当基于运动和周围环境判定为应该增大边框照明时,可以逐渐增大到光源16的电压以避免突然的亮度入射在刚刚醒来的观察者上。 
图5示出了可选的实施例。消费者电子(CE)装置40包括保持视频显示器44(诸如平板显示器)的壳体42。处理器46在壳体42中,并访问计算机可读介质48以执行以下的逻辑。CE装置40不受限制可以是数码相机、可携式摄像机、电话、个人数字辅助(PDA)或者TV,在后者的情况下,装置40通常包括TV调谐器50。 
相机52支撑在所示出的壳体42中或者壳体42上。相机52将信号发送到处理器46,处理器46从相机52获得比色法信号。因而,相机52能定位成对其中设置装置40的空间进行成像,通过处理器46使用来自相机的信号来确定空间中的颜色/色彩。 
如所示,边框54如同此处其他的边框,可以透明或者半透明,构成显示器44的边框。光源56设置在边框54中或者后面,并在处理器46的控制下通电以在内部照明边框54。光源56可以是各种颜色的LED。

在任何情况下,处理器46可以使用试探或者表格查找或者其他适合的方法来基于图像颜色建立边框照明颜色。作为示例,处理器可以在像素方面(例如,在图像中)建立与主要颜色相同的颜色的边框照明。或者,处理器可以建立与主要图像颜色预定不同的颜色的边框照明颜色,例如,当空间的主要颜色是绿色时,处理器可以仅仅使蓝光源通电。再次,处理器能执行边框照明颜色与主要和次要图像颜色的表格查找。或者,处理器可以简单地在示出成像的颜色的显示器上呈现颜色调色板,并允许使用者从调色板选择要在照明边框中使用的颜色。

Claims (19)

1.一种数字照片框架组件,包括:
框架(14);
显示器(12),其由所述框架(14)限定边界;
至少一个光源(16),其定位成对所述框架(14)进行内部照明;
计算机可读存储介质(20),其承载数字静止图像;以及
处理器(18),其使来自所述介质(20)的至少一个图像呈现在所述显示器上,所述处理器(18)至少部分基于由所述处理器(18)接收到的运动信号和/或者周围光信号建立所述框架(14)的照明。
2.根据权利要求1所述的数字照片框架组件,其中,所述框架(14)由边框建立。
3.根据权利要求2所述的数字照片框架组件,其中,所述光源(16)包括与所述边框(14)并置的多个发光二极管。
4.根据权利要求1所述的数字照片框架组件,包括运动传感器(22),所述运动传感器(22)与所述处理器(18)通信,并响应于物体相对于所述组件的运动而将运动信号发送到所述处理器(18),所述处理器(18)响应于所述运动信号而建立所述框架(14)的照明。
