本实用新型涉及一种磁化或去磁的设备。 
背景技术
测井作业中通常利用测并电缆上的磁记号深度作为标准深度。当井下套管剩磁强度超过一定值时,测井电缆将被磁化,从而无法识别磁记号,使测井工作无法正常进行。井下套管磁化的原因有4种。①套管的制作加工过程中有可能被磁化。在加工套管时,为了固定住套管,往往会用加工机器上的电磁铁将其固定;或者套管在出厂前,要进行质量检测,看是否有裂纹、孔眼等质量问题,这时多采用无损磁化检测,即先磁化套管,再检测磁化后套管上磁感应线分布情况,以确定套管是否合格。磁化后的套管会因消磁不彻底而带有大量剩磁。②在运输过程中,一方面用电磁铁搬运套管而磁化套管;另一方面会和其他带有磁性的工件一起运输时,而被磁化。③井架可能带磁,将磁化套管。④套管下井后,被磁性物质所磁化。比如节箍仪器磁场场强高达上千高斯,当该仪器在套管井中运行后,会磁化套管,对于专门校验电缆的套管井,套管磁化问题更严重。 
解决套管剩磁强度高的最好方法是在地面进行消磁处理,但对于上面的前3个方面,测井公司无法控制;而④中节箍仪器又是必须使用的设备。

本实用新型旨在提供一种能有效降低井下套管剩磁强度的井下套管消磁器。 
本实用新型所述的井下套管消磁器,包括一筒状铁芯,其特征在于铁芯的左右两边各设有一筒状套管,套管的高度与铁芯高度相同。 
优选地,铁芯是由圆柱体的主体和分别套接在主体上、下部的上、下地面面板组成。 
本实用新型井下套管消磁器经过与测井仪器组合下井实验,耐温、耐压、密封等各项技术指标达到设计要求。实现了下行消磁,上行测井。

本实用新型所述的井下套管2消磁器,包括一筒状铁芯1,铁芯1是由圆柱体的主体和分别套接在主体上、下部的上、下地面面板3、4组成。铁芯1的左右两边各设有一筒状套管2,套管2的高度与铁芯1高度相同。其中铁芯1是用硅钢片叠制而成,磁导率为5000-100000H/m。套管2是用钢铁制成,套管2的磁导率为500-2000H/m。

1.井下套管(2)消磁器,包括一筒状铁芯(1),其特征在于铁芯(1)的左右两边各设有一筒状套管(2),套管(2)的高度与铁芯(1)高度相同。
2.如权利要求1所述的井下套管(2)消磁器,其特征在于铁芯(1)是由圆柱体的主体和分别套接在主体上、下部的上、下地面面板(3、4)组成。
